Buyer Beware
First off, when this device worked, it worked pretty well. Great picture and really convenient switching capability. However, it will occasionally lock up on you. But more concerning is that my second unit has now failed with the same cryptic error (Boot IAP Failure). Monoprice has no real documentation or support for this device, so you will not get a replacement once you are out of the warranty period. I was able to RMA my first one, but now the second has failed less than 2 years later. I know 2 years sounds long, but that's equal to paying $250/year to use this device. Not acceptable at this price point. My advice would be to look for better options. 2 stars since it worked OK for two years, but that's it.
