Used for years
I use these all the time for inserts, keying, and weird stereo splits. Have packed and travelled with them for years, never had one break. I got like 15 of them, they're so useful!

Use for Roland Drums
Work well but not as gig-worthy as their heavier shielded cables (fine for studio etc)
