Description
This is our upgraded dual-motor sit-stand desk frame that is easier to assemble compared to competing brands and other Monoprice height adjustable desks. The desk frame ships with the legs folded, so they are easy to align and position. They just need to be extended and bolted in place to form the main structure. The feet and two upper support frame pieces bolt easily in place, ready for a desktop of your choice. Compared to our other single- and dual-motor desks, this desk frame also features a higher maximum capacity of 265 lbs. It includes a control panel with user-programmable height presets for one touch operation. It has adjustable anti-collision settings for extra safety. The desk width expands to work with a wide range of desktop sizes or contracts to fit smaller spaces. This sit-stand desk frame helps boost productivity by improving comfort and well-being. Get the full benefits of a height-adjustable desk by changing positions throughout the day and by mixing in some standing periods to break the monotony of seated office work. The desk is easy to adjust and is raised and lowered using a fast, quiet, and powerful dual-motor automatic lifting system to help users comfortably work while sitting or standing.

Not too difficult to assemble, and works great for the most part. I was concerned that the single motor would struggle with the weight of the desk, but it hasn't been an issue. The one complaint I have is that the touch controls are not as responsible as they should be. I have to press the Up or Down button (sometimes more than once) in order to 'activate' the controller before I can press one of the memory buttons.Other than that, so far, this has worked pretty great.
Extremely adjustable

Pro: * Goes low enough to be at an appropriate typing height without need for a keyboard tray. * Width is adjustable to my table top. Extremely important for me, since I have a "hollow core" top, which means only the outer 8" are solid / structural. Con: * Metal frame sticks down by as much as 2.25" making it hard to find a pedestal cabinet that fits underneath when it's at minimum height (22" max cabinet height)

Phenomenal quality. I include these with a product that I designed at work. I chose this model because I trust that it won't go out of production and the sizing will be consistent. The excellent quality and premium user experience was a nice bonus. The desk I sell is rather pricy so it would have been a tough pill to swallow if the expensive desk had a cheap-feeling adjustable frame.

Love the frame. Pretty easy to finish assembly, glad I went with this version. Relatively quite as well.
Not too bad. Small nuisances.

Built a custom pine wood top for it, 72? long x 33? deep and attached using wood inserts. Dual motor doesn?t appear to be struggling. Moves quickly enough for me. One of the quietest I?ve heard I will say. The only negative I will say that I have experienced a weird deal on the controller people have mentioned that it does do weird things like stop moving. Or the desk moves, stops and starts again on it?s own when a button is touched. I did discover that when I re-seated the cable to from the controller it went back to working just fine. Too soon to say whether or not this is something that will get worse or it got bumped. No weird sounds or anything yet. Time will tell. I will investigate options if it continues to be an issue. Maybe try to keep the cable from drooping from the plug, could be that over time it will loosen up?Just thought you all would like to know.

Functions great with a 72? desktop. Overall great desk, could have slightly better stability at standing height, but no real issues.
Works and looks greay!

The buttons can be a bit finicky and take a few taps to get them to register but overall I am really happy with this.

Great conversion kit. Recommend anyone who doesn't want to get rid of their current top. For reference i installed this on Ikea Bekant top I had for couple years. Felt like a waste to get a full system for more money from stand up desk vendors. The price is steep I think due to easy assembly. I mainly picked this up because I wanted something that can hold more weight. The other cheaper options were all soldout so opted for this one. I plan on moving soon and this easy assembly will be easy to install when I'm moved into a new place.
Awesome Desk!

I put a 65lb butcher block top on this desk (got it from my local big box diy place) and I also added some small wheels as well (M8 1.25 1.5" stem casters) to make it a bit more mobile. I am recovering from back surgery so am not super flexible (or strong) but I have found that the lift on this table is PERFECT for me to re-organize my cable mess -- put a cable organizer tray under the desk by lifting the table all the way up and rolling under it in my chair to install both the cable tray AND all the cords associated with the electronics on my desk. This is a GREAT desk!

The frame felt very sturdy when setting it up. I've been using it for about a month or so after installing a butcher block tabletop to it and haven't run into any issues so far

For the money paid, this is an amazing sit stand desk frame. Pair it with a butcher block table top and you got yourself a great desk for your needs.
Very sturdy frame.

The table itself is amazing. The only complaint I would have is that the controls don't always want to work for me. It was easy enough to set a default height but the up and down arrows don't want to work all the time.

I have switched to working from home and decided to upgrade my basement study with a high-quality, motorized sit-stand desk with position memory. The Monoprice Dual Motor Easy Fold-Out Assembly Sit-Stand Desk Frame fit the bill, and I purchased it during a sale event. It proved to be as advertised: generally easy to assemble, adjust, and set up, and convenient to use, including 3 separate heights that one can memorize and recall at a press of a button (HOME or M1/M2). I managed to get the package (which was unexpectedly compact, BTW) into my basement and assemble it alone without issues, including attaching the desk top. It adjusts almost noiselessly and so far does it reliably. As far as I wanted a lighter-colored desk top, and the white one is permanently out of stock, I ordered a cherry-colored one from Office Depot (same size, 72"x30") for approx. $100. It matched perfectly, as you only need a sturdy desktop at least 1" thick that you can drill holes in. My only two minor gripes are as follows: 1. In order to program Advanced functions (units of measurements or the default HOME height) one needs to press and hold the button twice, not once as per the enclosed instructions. There are some other minor deviations in the setup compared to the manual, but one can easily figure it out experimentally. 2. Regrettably, the matching white desk top is always out of stock, and I did not want the grim black one. So I had to order it elsewhere.

I must say I am extremely pleased with the quality of this product. It was so simple to assemble, is very sturdy, and has safety features I was previously unaware of. Contrary to another customer's review this product DOES have safety limit settings on BOTH the upstroke and downstroke making it extremely safe. You can even adjust the sensitivity of these built-in sensors if you read the manual thoroughly, including all the other granular settings on the controller like display units (cm/inch), 2 custom height memory, plus a custom "Home" height setting (so essentially 3 height memory banks). The legs are sturdy & thick steel pillars and the hinge construction is robust and well designed. The motors are virtually silent and their raise/lower speeds are more than sufficient. I would recommend this product for anyone looking to build their own dream vari-height workstation.

I’ve had the desk for just under a month and I am very happy with it. The desk shipped and arrived on time. I’m impressed with the solid construction. Setup was quick and easy. One person can do it, but it is easier with two. I have yet to get into the advanced settings but my 2 settings for sitting and standing are configured - 13 sec to raise or lower. I’m 5’10” and I do not utilize the full height of the desk. There is no strain on the motors with a 50”x25” butcher block top with two monitors.
Failed control unit after using it once

I got this table assembled it and tested it. It worked. I then did not use the table for a week. Then decided to move all my stuff to the table [one computer and a second monitor] and start working. But the control/display failed. As soon as it was connected to the wall outlet it made a loud shrill noise but the unit did not respond. There was no light in the control unit. But I can see power in the motor unit. What a shame. I have been a Monoprice customer for over 10 years. I have bought several thousands worth of products for my office and home over the years. I have never had such poor workmanship or product like this table. In the website it says table top 33085, will fit this and any dual motor table. But it does not. The pre-drilled holes do not line up. When I chatted with tech support they are saying there is no "matching" desktop for this table. One has to "drill" holes to make it fit for this table. Very unusual for Monoprice in my experience. I now have to disassemble the table and table top to return it for a replacement unit. I threw away the boxes. How do you return these heavy desk and desktop back? Very discouraging. Makes me wonder if I should really trust the quality of products from Monoprice. https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=33085&gclid=EAIaIQobChMItaPo4PbJ7gIVBOPACh265AVpEAQYASABEgJ4JvD_BwE

Easy to put together and very stable at full height. Solid unit. Overall I was pleased with the construction but I did have the screw alignment issue on one main support connections as others mentioned. The sleep and wake function is a a little slow, but I find it works just fine. It's a security feature, so I get it. For heavy and great for custom desk tops, plus it has adjustable width.

Desk works great so far (was able to pair it with an inexpensive desk-top). Happy with the actuation range and smooth motion. Easily accommodates a 30" x 60" desk top and feels stable. Assembly was easy with a couple tools (you'll likely want an electric drill to attach the desk surface).
