Defective adapter causes random black pixels to be shown as green or white.
This adaptor causes my second monitor for the black pixels to randomly be presented as green or white pixels. Defective.

Works with the Wacom Cintiq 22HD
I am using this adapter to hook up a Wacom Cintiq 22HD drawing tablet/screen that requires both a DVI and USB connection to function. It's working perfectly with a brand new HP Zbook15-G5.

Does not work with 2004 Apple Cinema Display
I’m sorry to say the adapter did not work for me. It does allow my new 2019 MacBook Pro to send info to my 2004 30-inch Apple Cinema Display. But the maximum resolution is only 1280 x 800, which does not look good on such a large screen and is not acceptable for my work. The Cinema Display is capable of much higher resolutions; I used it at 2560 x 1600 with my old MacBook Pro. Perhaps with newer displays the adapter works well.

USB C DVI dongle
I bought this adaptor to hook up an older 23” Apple cinema display using USB C ports. This adaptor works with my 2017 iMac 27” providing a solid and stable picture and enabled the Cinema display as a second monitor. This adaptor does not work with my 2019 16” MBP. The picture generated is stable but will not stay on continuously on screen; the image will flash on and off every second or so, and therefore not usable as a second monitor. I did not try this with a Mac mini or an iPad pro yet..... Recommended only for use with the iMac 27” at this time.

Works perfectly with my old Apple Cinema LCD display. Just plugged the DVI from the display into this adapter and the monitor came on within seconds.
