Opened Product Delivered as New—Completely Unacceptable
My shopper, Johnny, delivered this Apple adapter with the box already opened and the security seal visibly broken. This was not minor damage to the packaging—the product had clearly been opened. Once the seal is broken, there is absolutely no way for me to know whether the adapter is genuinely new, previously used and returned, tampered with, or even exchanged for an older one. That is exactly why sealed electronics must remain sealed until they reach the customer. Johnny should never have selected this item and delivered it without contacting me. I paid full price for a brand-new, factory-sealed Apple product—not a questionable opened item that I now have to waste my time returning. This was careless, unacceptable, and completely destroyed my trust in this purchase.

Doesn't work
Doesn't work well at all. Can't connect more than one device at a time. Doesn't connect with several accessories at all, even Apple Genius Bar Support couldn't get it to work

Pricey
Pricey but good. Bought a projector that cost less than this adapter. The instructions for the projector seemed to threaten that a true Apple adapter was required. It works great, but I can’t help but wonder if a knockoff would suffice.

Beware of retirn window
Ended up not needing this item. Went to return and did not know apple products only had a 14 day return window. It is day 16. It’s like throwing $74 out the window. Was getting ready to put in another large purchase as I’m redecorating my home office…will go elsewhere.

Random black screen with monitor
My monitor screen is connected, but it randomly turns off and on throughout the day. I know it's not my computer or cord because other adapters have worked fine in the past. I thought I could trust this since it was from Apple, but apparently not.
