  • A: Yes, yes they do. Haven't been able to get pokemon for our family in months now. Everything they have put in place just helps bots more, or people spread rumors about holding enter or whatever. They block the people manually spamming trying to compete with the bots, so that doesn't work either.

The delivery experience and packaging quality were not satisfactory. The items arrived loosely packed with no bubble wrap or protective cushioning of any kind. As a result, the products shifted excessively during transit, which easily caused damage to the corners and film. I hope future shipments include more secure and protective packaging to prevent similar issues.

Damaged product

I ordered two boxes and when I opened the package one of the ETB seal was ripped, which practically renders the product valueless. I contacted them immediately asking if there was anyway to exchange the product or get a refund it wouldn’t have bothered me to give them the damaged product for a new one but they denied my request for an exchange, return, or refund.

As always Target likes to cheap out and send destroyed product instead of providing even the slightest amount of packing material while shipping to ensure you receive good quality items. And they could care less because this is a continuing issue that’s happened order after order.
