About the Author
Marita Woywod Crandle grew up surrounded by the German scenery that is the backdrop of so many fairy tales. Her family happily indulged her spirit of adventure, giving her a broom for her seventh birthday and allowing her transform a garden plot into a witch's lair. She has drawn on that magical past to create enchanting moments for others who cross her path, allowing adults to walk, even briefly, in a more mystical reality. She owns Boutique du Vampyre, a vampire-themed gift shop, The New Orleans Vampire Café, and The Vampire Apothecary.
