It's a Dish Soap made without parabens, phthalates, or animal-derived ingredients. And of course, this is a cruelty-free formula product. Packaging contains recycled content. Need a great, hardworking dish soap that cleans your dishes/kitchen surfaces without leaving behind a strong smell? This is it! Reliable Mrs. Meyers hasn't let me down yet. I've been using this product for years. I love that it cuts grease and cleans like I need it to, without a heavy, echoing scent. I don't like my pots and pans imparting floral scents/flavors into my food, and this was the answer for me. I also appreciate the refill packaging, to lessen the plastic footprint of using this product. Though it'd be great if it were in an even larger size!

I used to love this stuff but my most recent purchases were a thin product that produces very few cleaning auds. You have to use 2 -3 times as much to get dishes clean. I'm going to find something better

i like this product because its all natural and plant based. i feel confident i am not polluting the environment with this. but it can sometimes leave an odd residue smell on some dishes, especially tupperware. the plastic seems to absorb the smell. that is unfortunate.

The smell is nice and not too strong when washing the dishes, but it’s strange that the scent never completely goes away. Every dish retains the fragrance, and when I use them, it feels like I’m eating food with perfume. Disgusting…. I will never buy it again.

I usually purchase seventh generations dish soap in Orange but it was out of stock so I decided to purchase Meyers Basil. I WILL NEVER AGAIN purchase this scent. There’s nothing refreshing or crisp about this smell. It doesn’t even smell like basil. It smells like cheap laundry detergent STAY AWAY.

Love the smell, and it is effective for my needs. But I will no longer be purchasing due to the ridiculous plastic waste on the refills. Mrs. Meyers brand should exercise more responsibility and utilize less wasteful packaging ESPECIALLY with refills.
