You have decongestant and expectorant for daytime relief that also has acetaminophen and then you have night time relief for rever and flu cough symptoms, very convienant when you done need that many doses. 8 day doses and 4 night doses. Works great

Amazing

Our family has little ones and so we often are exposed to germs we wouldn’t otherwise be (if you know you know) and have trying to stay good to take care of them when we don’t feel our best is such a hard task unless you have the right medicine. This is it for us. I’m not sure what’s in them that makes it just the most effective, however it’s the best value for your money by far. It’s saved me so many bad days. Also, love that it’s in pill form instead of a liquid with a weird taste. They are just too easy. Great packaging.

That was my biggest struggle during my illness. I did not like that the colors are green and blue. Those are both night time colors IMO. No real flavor to speak of or smell. The ingredients are those that you typically find in these types of products. Overall a great item.

My husband was super congested and ended up taking this instead of waiting it out and he cleared up much quicker than he normally would. They kick in fast! The packaging was alright, he had a little hard time opening it since you take two, but he did have a little difficulty with that.

They work really well. I make sure to not take the daytime too late in the day as they will keep me awake at night. The nighttime helps me get a good nights sleep when I’m not feeling well.

The daytime version helped me feel more functional and cleared things up quickly, while the nighttime tablets definitely made me drowsy but did help me get to sleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got sick right after I received this. Perfect timing! I was really sick and my brain was fuzzy. I had a hard time figuring out which meds were day time and which were night time. It worked just ok. It’s not too expensive but won’t be my go to moving forward. There was no taste and didn’t make me dizzy. No scent at all. Packaging could have better separated day vs night. Ingredients were standard.
