Not 100% cotton. I bought this because it says the material is cotton online. When it arrived the box says it's a polyester and cotton mix with a polyester fill. My baby sweats from poly so I will return. Please update your specifications.

Super comfortable for the babies! I feel my daughters head and body is secure and there is no price for that feeling. I love how it includes the seat straps in this package. Oh and the fact that it’s beautiful and antimicrobial makes it so much better. I recommend it 100%.

This was by far very soothing to my son, he had a good head support and helps keep him at a good posture in his car seat. Before this he was the happiest baby in the car, this product changed that for me and made him and I happy.

SafeFit Xtraguard Antimicrobial baby head support and strap cover for a baby car seat keeps my little one comfortable and secure in the car. I love that it fits perfectly in the car seat and has the ability to grow and expand as my baby does. It is soft and easy to wash. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a baby or who is expecting.

The Brica XtraGuard Antimicrobial Head Support & Strap Cover set is a great product. I used it for the first time during a very long road trip, and my baby slept soundly for most of it. Actually, she only woke up during her feeding times. She seemed more comfortable with the head support and strap covers. She also cried less than usual. I would definitely recommend this product to other parents or as a gift.

My son loved it so much that I bought extra. This gave him great head support and help his flat spot. We immediately bought this when we noticed my son's head was starting to look flat. Its been used in his swing and playmat. I highly recommend!

I am absolutely in love with this product, it such a great way to protect my baby's head and neck while we were in the car or when we were out with the baby carseat. The fabric is super nice, very comfortable on the baby's skin. The design is perfect as a unisex baby product. I highly recommend this product, since it works great.

As within the first year of a baby's life is in an infant car seat, a proper head support should be invested! the insert I had with my car seat wasn't at all supportive and would easily move around every where; which doesn't help with an even surimi squirmy baby. but this one is different as it allows you to insert the harness points if desired. I love that this bundle also is multi stage as baby grows up since babies grow faster than expected. a big factor as well is its anti microbial function. if you don't have this in your registry yet you should look into it!

*Disclaimer: I received this product for my honest review.* With that being said, I do like this product. It's definitely soft, and offers protection for my baby's head. I also like that it comes with two different sizes for the headpiece. So it allows for my baby to grow into it. The strap covers it comes with are definitely handy, and allows me peace of mind that my baby is safe and comfortable.

We love this set for our little one. Not only does it offer support for his tiny frame, but it gives him a little more comfort too. The fabric is super soft and the strap covers are extra long so his seatbelt doesn’t rub against his skin. I would definitely recommend this product.

I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback. I have a 4 month old and I used this in his stroller instead of the car seat. I use it without the smaller insert as he's a bigger baby. He seems to like it and seems very comfortable and soft. I like that the set is antimicrobial as he's a happy spitter. I've only washed it a couple times so can't really say how the longevity of it will be.

This a great germ free set to keep baby's head supported! We have used it in our car seat as well as the stroller. It keeps baby's head upright and comfortable when he falls asleep. I like that you can customize the fit as baby grows. I have washed it in the washing machine a couple of times already and it has held up well. I received the product in exchange for my honest feedback.

I love the cute design on the head support and strap cover. It nicely supports my son’s head while in his car seat. Prevents his head from wobbling around. The straps allowing the seatbelt to rest comfortably on his shoulders. My only complaint is that it’s only secured by being put through the straps on top. I wish that it fed through the buckle by the baby’a crotch. Sometimes the head support moves around on the bottom. I received this product in exchange for my feedback and honest review.

"Brica XtraGuard Antimicrobial Head Support & Strap Cover" is a fairly handy set if you have a baby who likes to tilt her head on to one side. The car seat gap is much bigger than my newborn's head. So this helps fill in the gap and keeps my baby's head facing forward. The strap cover can also be used on TrippTrapp chair toy hanger where my baby would constantly waive her hands around and hit them on it.

when I had my first the nurses rolled burp blankets to put around her head so her head wouldn't bump and roll around. this takes care of the problem. it's perfect! germs cannot grow on this fabric! easy installation. and machine washable thank goodness!!

I really like these head supporters for my son! It keeps his head straight and comfortable while he sleeps in the car seat. The pattern is cute and it's great that there are two sizes to grow with him. He seems comfortable and so am I, knowing that his head won't be crooked anymore!
