1st time trying this product. Smelled bad. Tased sour on my tongue. Gave me upset stomach for a day. In the bathroom alot the next

I couldn’t keep taking this product.really bad stomach pain. The last time I took it I had pain for 3 days.

I’ve been using the Clear Muscle product for three weeks now, taking just one dose daily, and I’m already seeing significant results. At 25 years old and weighing 160 pounds being 5’7 lol which is nothing but I’ve noticed a leaner, more shredded physique with less body fat. I for sure recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance their muscle definition. To get the best results, it's essential to maintain a good diet. I supplement with creatine and protein and avoid sugary foods, which probably helps amplify the lean muscle gains. My diet isn't perfect, but this product is still delivering impressive results for me ! I take 1 a day , some say u should take 3 but 1 works for me. All I know is that it’s working, and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made. Obviously you still gotta train as well. Don't just take these and not put in any gym work. Make sure you at the gym and doing correct sets and reps. No pain no gain.

I really like this product. I combine this Clear Muscle HMB with creatine, and I see and feel definite results. I've been taking it for just over a month. I have had gains in both muscle size and explosive power in my lifts, which really helps at my age. I'm a retired powerlifter/bodybuilder; I'm old now and not on any HRT. I'm always looking for something to help produce gains. The pump and gains I've noticed stay throughout the day. I take it an hour before I hit the gym. Better results than just creatine alone.

I've been taking this supplement for years even back in the chrome bottle days. Absolutely love it and will continue to use. Best HMB on the market. Great product!!

I started clear muscle about 6 months ago and I don't know what I'd do without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this muscle tech- clear Muscle for post workouts and it was okay. Wasn’t a big fan of the flavor and the texture of it. Wasn’t horrible, but also wasn’t the best either. I did use up the bottle though.

The capsules have a slight taste but no after taste, no burping afterwards and no upset stomach. I did not lose much weight but gained muscle and it built up faster than I thought it would; probably thanks to this supplement!

In the short time I've been taking it, I have noticed my muscles not being as sore and tired after working out. This has led to me being able to work out harder and lift heavier weight. Which in turn leads to increase muscle mass. You do have to take 3 pills a day so it does get a little pricey to maintain that consumption. The pills themselves are a large soft sided pill. They have a weird taste but they go down easy so you don't taste it more long. I'm excited to see what kind of results I get with continued use of this product.

I felt like I was better off taking one less thing was better for me. My result may differ from others this was my personal experience.

I definitely feel like I have better quality workouts on this. The only downside is that it initially gave me acid reflux, that went away as I kept taking them.

For starters the pills are about one inch large and have a slight vinegary taste when placed on the tongue. Next after taking I noticed some pain withing the groin area. It lasted a few days. Not taking this for about a 2 weeks I had no pain. I recently tried again and sure enough within 4 hours I noticed a really powerful pressure /dull pain in the same area. I don't know about this product and keep in mind im not taking anything else but this, so the pain is coming from it. As for energy it may be a slight difference but not much . I would not purchase due to almost having to visit the E.R.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been looking for something to aid in muscle growth while also helping with recovery. This seems to do the trick! I do intermittent fasting and so normally workout fasted...taking this supplement on an empty stomach does give me about a 10 minute stomach ache, though I do not have any adverse symptoms taking it later in the day when I am fed. I find on days I take all 3 doses (recommended), my recovery is much faster than before. The DOMS that I normally experience is reduced dramatically. I only take on lifting days in order to make these last longer. The only other negative to these (aside from stomach pains on a fasted gut) is that taste is really sour/bitter - you have to gulp it down quickly to avoid the taste as much as possible. Other than that, very happy.
