Sadly don't work. I was really excited by how affordable these are, but they are really difficult to use. I've tried warming them up in my hands, over a heater, and with a blow dryer. Every time I apply the strips, they miss a lot of hair and the glue just sticks to my skin. The glue is very hard and a bit painful to get off your skin. Maybe this just didn't mesh well with my skin type, but I won't repurchase.
This was the first facial wax strips I have ever tried at home and it's okay. Easy to use, not super painful (upper lip and chin), and easy to clean up. However, I don't think they're the best. I'll use them until the strips are done but does not get rid of all the hair, so have a pair of tweezers ready.
This barely works. Whether I just barely warm it up or I make it hot, it doesn’t do its job. Well, 2 stars, because every once in a while it removes a little bit of hair. I’ve tried this on my eyebrows and upper lip, with no luck. I always have to end up shaving. I pull my skin taut, I leave it on for a few seconds or remove it immediately, to no avail. It just leaves sticky goop, which can only get removed with oil, and oil feels terrible on my skin.
Have been using these strips for a while. I warm up the strip by rubbing it between my hands. I mostly use it on my upper lip, and it doesn't get all the hair from one peel. Might have to do multiple peels for one area, but then your skin gets irritated if you do it too many times. Just be careful when you use them.
I like these wax strips much better than Sally’s. These are more gentle if you have sensitive skin but not to remove super thick hair. I will be using these going forward. I did not break out as much as I usually do when waxing my upper lip.
