    Bring Back The Old Formula!

    New formulation is horrible

    I used the original formula for 15+ years. This new formula is terrible. The first thing I noticed was how awful it smells. It smells like terribly cheap perfume and the scent doesn’t leave your skin after washing it off. The new spatula is too big and does not allow for detail work like around your eyebrows, hairline, etc. And lastly, the bleach itself does nothing. I will be switching to Jolene.

    Fabulous !! Need coupons Ms Sally H!! please

    Excellent product 40 years using it !! Where is my coupon Sally? It used to come inside the box please bring that back. Love the new formulation it’s easier to use and smells much better. Your hair type and color determines es the amount of time you need to leave the product on for it to work. It does leave the skin soft (and if irritated at all it quickly dissipates). I still apply a hydrogen peroxide soaked cotton ball all over area to be bleached before I use the product - to clean and prep the skin - I let it dry then I apply the bleach cream.

    Save your skin and stay away!

    Stay away! Followed instructions and This bleached my skin and left my peach fuzz untouched. The formula change is horrible. I will be returning product getting my money back, and boycotting all their products until they return to the original powder mix formula. I’ve been using their original formula for over a decade. My mother used it before me. Never a problem until this awful formula change. Ladies stay away. You’ll thank me!

    For the past few years, Sally Hansen’s hair bleach lightener was my go to for concealing dark arm hair. It used to be in the form of a powder and cream, which you would mix together and apply. I always got amazing results. This time around, I purchased their product again and noticed they had changed their formulation. Even after 10 minutes my arm hair was still slightly black. This new formulation is not as effective, which is so disappointing. I’m currently looking for a different brand now that can provide better results.

    Brow savior!

    I just wanted to share a review for anyone who may have accidentally tinted their brows way too dark like I did! None of the home remedies I tried would work, but this stuff saved the day! I did knock one star off because I had to leave it on much longer than the directions advised to get it to work. I left it for probably 25ish minutes in total, and used my hair dryer to heat it up as well. Went it with some just for men beard/mustache dye afterwards to bring some color back and my brows are finally back to normal🙏🏼 I also liked that it seemed to make the brow hair super soft, and didn’t really irritate my skin much at all.

    HORRIBLE NEW FORMULA (likely cutting cost for them)

    This new formula is a big downgrade. Most likey to cut cost on their end. I left this bleach on for 20 mins and my hair still was not bleached when before it would take 10 mins or less. I don’t even have super dark hair so I can only imagine if you have darker hair. I purchased Jolen to see how it compares. I’ve used this product since the early 00s and has always worked great until now
