A: Here are the specs on the Bench The height is adjustable from 21-1/4" to 25-3/4" and it is 23-3/5" wide. the specs on the stand are 40 x 19.5 in. Keyboard arms (W): 15.5 in. This is a nice stand and the bench is well made, sturdy, and comfortable. It has many adjustable heights. Unfortunately, the bench's lowest height is far too high for me, a short adult, and much too high for my children who will be using it. It's a shame because the stand has a good height range and can go very low, but then the bench can't be lowered to match.
