Q: Does the product have bubbling water?
A: The My Look 6 n 1 Light-Up Super Spa Salon has a bubbling water feature. The bubbles are created from an air ring in the base. Thank you.

Q: Is there a reason why a 5 year old couldn't use this product? Why is 7 the recommended age?
A: Hello Target Guest, a 5 year old can absolutly use the foot spa. The product is age grade 8+, recommend adult supervison as with any toy. Thank you

Q: Bought this product as a gift to my daughter; it worked one time, but a few weeks later the water feature/pump/bubbles isn't working. Only the lights work. How do I fix it? Can't return it.

Q: how do you make the bubbles and the waterfall work i might end up rating this one star if i dont get helped.

Q: We received it as a birthday gift but is it 100% safe to use since there is a container with batteries that go inside the water in the tub and my kid will have her feet in there? I’m very nervous to try because I’m worried about electrocution..
A: The My Look Spa is 100% safe. The batteries are contained in a water proof compartment on the outside of the unit and not submersed.
