submitted byAprdel - 5 years agoA: It's not random if you're picking them up in person. There's an indicator that tells you which doll it is. A small white sticker with a symbol, look up the check list to see which one is which. Although some websites will sell and send randoms and not let you choose.

A: I'd say they're more appropriate for pre-teens or children close to that age range. They do have printed on undergarments that some parents might not find suitable for younger children.

These are really cute little dolls. My 9 year old just discovered them. If you aren't sure what you are getting, first off, they are cloth dolls with a printed face. The hat is attached to the doll on all of the ones we have received so far. It also comes with a little zip up pouch. Clothing and shoes are removable, but underwear and socks are printed on the doll body. The picture on the cover doesn't tell you which character you are getting, but the little symbol on the cover is the key; each character has a specific symbol that matches the doll inside. Since this is an older series, you are getting a random doll online. Opening these is messy; you get a bunch of confetti everywhere. My daughter likes these because they seem a little more mature than dolls for younger girls, but they still seem appropriate to me. I think they are worth the price, even though the packaging is annoying and a lot of plastic.

I ordered two of them I'm happy that I received two different doll I received the boy and the girl that has the black cat I also agree with the comments about what the hair.

I bought three of these dolls. One through the store and the other two online.i got the boy, the banana one and the black cat. I have to say, they are the cutest dolls I’ve ever seen! That being said I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the hair installment! These dolls are meant to be played with and I just can’t believe how insane the shedding is on these dolls! If you brush it, braid it, or at this point look at it; it will fall off. It’s just stitched on and has no glue to keep the strands of hairs together at the stitch. These dolls will be bald in a few weeks tops. I feel that because of the price and the fact that these dolls already do not have a full head of hair, this issue is extremely problematic. I would not recommend this doll for kids to play with or if it’s to be handled a lot. Which sucks. Very unhappy. Will not repurchase.

My daughter loves this doll. It isn't too fancy. It simply has a pretty face and hair and a removable top and shoes. It's head did pop off, but goes back on easily and doesn't fall off when playing.

These dolls are super cute! My kids love them and I love that you can tell which doll is inside by checking the small sticker with symbol on the front with the checklist (no way I'd pay the retail price without the ability to choose separate dolls) The hair can get tangled up pretty quick so I've found putting in a braid or two is best so your little ones can play without the hair becoming a tangled mess. My only complaint is that ordering online you have no way to choose which one you'll get and we somehow received 3 of the exact same doll (1 as a gift and 2 ordered ourselves) - this makes for disappointed kiddos and having to wait til we can make our way to a store to exchange for different dolls.

I went off this picture when I placed my order, thinking I was ordering Series 2 the bunny. Did not receive the bunny, my 8 year old daughter got the boy na na surprise. Very disappointed, especially since it was a birthday gift. I didn’t know to look on the box before wrapping it.

After Christmas, I vowed never to buy these things again. Plastic upon plastic, half a bags worth of trash. Confetti everywhere and it doesn’t even explode like the videos (that I was forced to watch ad nauseum later). Gross.
BUT...my kid LOVES the dolls. They’re very cute and the little puffs are super soft. So for the toy itself, 5 stars...but if I could rate packaging-0.

I bought the Na-na-na surprise doll for my daughter for Christmas. She was very happy with it. Its a cute, well made toy. The only thing I disliked was all the confetti that comes in the bag. My daughter loves this and wants to collect them all! The doll is soft and comes with an outfit. The purse is also soft and fuzzy and the items that come with this all fit nicely inside. My daughter was excited opening the surprise package especially when the confetti popped out! I should note..be sure to open it on a table or somewhere that the confetti can be easily brushed off. This was a perfect gift for my child! She loved all tge excitement of blowing it up and then getting to POP it! The confetti was a bit of a mess but nothing a vacuum can not handle! After the popping process she was elated to unravel the actual doll. She really loved the little furry zip up pouch the doll was in. I was intrigued by the material of the doll. It is not like any ordinary doll. It is a cloth like material but yet still fairly solid. I like that the limbs are also moveable. It is am all around great doll.
