  • A: I tried to call all twice. Put on hold both times. Waited over 5 minutes each time. I thought about buying it over again. The 217.00 tree is now $279.00 really.

I was so pleased when I bought this in 2019. It fluffed up great and looked really good. It was also easy to assemble. 2020 rolled around and I was glad to have it so I could put it up early for comfort. *Cut to 2021* I just whipped it out a bit early to get a jump on decorating. Only TWO of the light strands still work. *sad trombone* Now I gotta find something else because those strands are woven in there tightly. It would be a chore to take them off. Not to mention I’d get poked and scratched trying to get them off. Gave it two stars because I really liked it before the lights went out. But also would’ve liked it to work for at least five years. *side note* those who couldn’t get it to fluff may not have realized that each branch has three parts that are supposed to be spread apart.

Looks nothing like the photo. We have fluffed as much as possible. It's soooo sparse! Wish I could return is but I bought it during the 2019 Christmas sales to use for Christmas 2020. Should have opened it to look at it.
