The Philips Balsam trees are statement trees with their high density glow and Glisten Slow Twinkle Function. This 7.5ft Philips Balsam Teardrop tree has 2500 Bi-Color changing Remains Lit LED lights that will stay on even if one or more bulbs burn out, become loose, broken or missing. Use your remote control to select from 10 color and motion effects. A: Yes. The tre is very full according to the images. There are 5932 PE/PVC tips and 2500 lights. The deminsions of the tree are 59"W x 90"H. I just received mine and I haven't unpacked it yet.

First, they must be evenly distributed throughout the tree to maintain tree balance. Second, heavier, or fragile ornaments, should be placed a minimum of 2” back from the outside end of the tip. Q: I just put my tree up and the bottom section is not in sync with the top 2 sections. It will be color and the top is white. How do I fix this???? I was so excited for this tree and it is definitely a let down especially what I paid for it.

A: If the lights between two sections change from warm white to multi-color or vice versa, then one of the round electrical connections either at the top of section C or the bottom of section B was plugged in backwards. Look for the cord with the caution tag between those two sections, unplug it, rotate the connection 180 degrees (half turn) and reconnect it. A: The highest branch on the tree is approximately 6 inches and can be bent down when you attach a tree topper. If the total height of the tree topper is less that 1 foot, there is a good chance it will stay under 8 feet tall. Q: Does the top portion have a branch that sticks up to allow a tree topper to be a fixed to it? The top of the tree pole is wrapped in a branch. Am I to unwind this to make a point?

Best Tree Ever
My first artificial tree ever, and I hit the jackpot! This tree is beautiful. It's the perfect shape and size. It was SO EASY to assemble! The lights are beautiful and can be changed from all white to multi-colored lights. They can also dim or blink or go back and forth. The branches are sturdy and can hold all my ornaments and there's a plug for your own tree topper. Best of all, I got it 50% off.

Horribling light wiring throughout tree
What in the third world Special Olympics qualifier is this?! The light wiring is something special. I’ve been unmangling the wiring for 4 hours and I’m only half way done. This tree is pretty but it’s a project. This is an emergency buy due to my tree breaking last minute… it will be going back after Christmas.

Poor quality and bad lights.
Very difficult to fluff , you can see cheaper needles inside and only the outer branches are nice. Lights in the bottom section are blinking differently than the rest of the tree like if they are about to go into short circuit. I’m concerned if it will make it to Christmas and of course I don’t think will be able to reuse in years to come.

Philips Ignores Customers
Pretty tree and very appealing dispute its very expensive price tag. We bought the tree and brought it home, decorated and enjoyed for about 2 days. We noticed sections were flickering and other branches were not lit. Whenever we unplugged sections the problems would stop but that’s only with half the tree working. There seemed to be a power source issue that wasn’t giving enough power to the tree. We reached out to Philips and got no response. I waited and followed up for a week and then wound up returning the tree since it was within the return period and I wasn’t getting any assistance. I don’t think I’ve worked with such horrible CS reps in my life, luckily target CS reps are better. Pass on this tree, read the reviews and spend money on something better.

Dont buy lights stink
Bought today and is been hours and haven’t been able to fluff this tree up, the lights are mostly in the tips, wrapped so tightly that is nearly impossible to advance through the mess, the branches are tightly tied to the one directly above and the one to the side, has to be untied and then somehow wrapped around so it won’t hang loose, never has this situation not even with cheap trees. Don’t buy, is not that pretty, is so hard to adjust the branches themselves as well.

We were so excited about this tree! I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. The first one didn’t work on the bottom section. The second one worked until I pressed the foot pedal to change the setting and then stopped working.

It would be a beautiful tree BUT the hinges for the branches are not effective. Super floppy branches and not able to position in any other way than flop on-top of branches below. Incredibly disappointing for such an expensive purchase. Gets 2 stars instead of one just because the lights are pretty. Had to use pipe cleaners to get branches in a decent position.

Our Favorite Christmas Tree

Though the twinkling lights are lovely the tree isnt as full as it appears in the photos on the website. I thought about returning but it seemed like more effort than it was worth.
