Q: Does it help with shedding or fall out?
A: Hi LS, Thanks for reaching out to us about our hair care products! While Native hair care products will leave hair feeling clean and smelling fantastic, it does not currently help prevent balding or hair thinning. We will make sure to pass along your interest in that kind of hair care product for future launches :) Please let us know if I can assist with any other questions, we are here to help!

Q: Following earlier ques - if the only difference is the scent, then the "moisturizing," "volumizing," and "strengthening" language is just marketing and not actual differences among the conditioners?
A: Hi Lauren, Thank you for reaching out and we apologize if we caused any confusion. To confirm, while the scent is consistent with our products, our haircare line does perform differently for each category, therefore they are not all the same and used as a marketing approach. We hope this clears it up.

Q: I feel silly having to ask this, but is there a trick to getting the pump to work? I have tried screwing, turning, pushing, and pulling but to no avail.
A: Hi Kathi, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry to hear this. Have you tried unscrewing the pump and rinsing it out to see if it's been clogged? It could be that there is some build up which is causing the product to not dispense. Can you try and let us know if that works? If that doesn't do the trick, we'll look into this further. -Native
