Q: Following earlier ques - if the only difference is the scent, then the "moisturizing," "volumizing," and "strengthening" language is just marketing and not actual differences among the conditioners?
submitted by Lauren - 30 days ago
A: Hi Lauren, Thank you for reaching out and we apologize if we caused any confusion. To confirm, while the scent is consistent with our products, our haircare line does perform differently for each category, therefore they are not all the same and used as a marketing approach. We hope this clears it up.

Q: I feel silly having to ask this, but is there a trick to getting the pump to work? I have tried screwing, turning, pushing, and pulling but to no avail.
submitted by Kathi - 2 years ago
A: Hi Kathi, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry to hear this. Have you tried unscrewing the pump and rinsing it out to see if it's been clogged? It could be that there is some build up which is causing the product to not dispense. Can you try and let us know if that works? If that doesn't do the trick, we'll look into this further. -Native

Left my damaged hair super soft and so less frizzy than my usual! I generally use the stuff my salon sells but didn’t have an appointment this month so tried this and the shampoo. Shocked at good it is! I’ve not noticed any extra hair falling out or a rash from an allergic reaction. Woods def recommend.

Thought it would be amazing since its a "clean" product but it made my hair fall out. Used it for almost 2 months when I realized everytime I washed my hair tons would come out and that was not normal for me. Very sad.

decent size for the price. the formula is neither too heavy or too thin. I have super long straight hair...I go through a lot of conditioner. needs to be moisturizing enough to detangle, not not so much that it gets weighed down. I also have insanely sensitive and break out prone skin and scalp. I cannot use silicones and many other common ingredients. this is one of the few conditioners I can use. bonus is the pleasant smell...nothing obnoxious or perfumy, just pleasant. I normally cannot tolerate scents at all, makes me nauseous. this is good though. The pump sucks, I don't like pumps. always issues with them. BUT pro tip, just add a spare cap from another bottle and you're good to go. turn that baby upside down and squeeze it out. The herbal essence shampoo/conditioner cap that looks like this, fits perfectly.

I stumbled upon this product when someone left trial sizes of it behind at the gym. I was in a pinch and needed shampoo and conditioner, so I tried it. I was amazed at how soft and manageable it made my usually curly frizzy dry hair, and as soon as I could, I bought full-size bottles, I am amazed at how little I need to use to achieve the desired effect and love the reasonable price!

I noticed the bottle looked different the last time I bought the conditioner. Then I used it and it’s watered down compared to before. I LOVED the formula before. Now I have to find a new natural product. Please change it back.

My hair feels so good! I’ve been using it for about a month now and I saw results so fast. Feels so much healthier and softer. I have wavy hair and I feel as though it has made my waves more defined too. And it smells amazing.

I have been using only Native products for almost a year now and I can say I will probably be a for life customer! I am in love with the products and scents. My hair had always been dry and split ends, very thin and would fall out constantly. Now, my hair feels and looks healthier, cleaner, and thicker. Barely any hair falls out in the shower. And I can wash my hair less often without it looking greasy! Love Native and I just really hope they bring back my all time favorite scent (tie dye vanilla cupcake)

While I adore Native deodorant, their hair care products have a long way to go. The shampoo is meh, but the conditioner is absolutely TERRIBLE. Very thin, not even remotely hydrating. I even purchased the hair mask-not much better. All in all, Native does some things really well; unfortunately, hair care isn’t one of them.

I absolutely love this. I ordered a mini by accident, thinking I was getting a bigger one and was all set to mad, but realized after smelling it again, it was going to become a staple in my purse. Great product. I got the sugar cookie one; which reminds me, it’s time to order a big one and small. Jacki P.S. - The only negative i found was that was that kg didn’t stop sweat. I didn’t mind that however, because the smell is a natural mood lifter.
