submitted byJS - 2 years agoA: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

submitted byPump - 1 year agoA: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for this product but personally it didn't meet them, mind you this is just a matter of personal preference, the product is good, its aroma is incredible and long lasting, what I didn't like was the smell, I find it too cloying and I'm not used to this type of smells, and yet I read that some people said that this shower gel didn't smell strong enough hahaha, it smells too much like coconut and vanilla, if you like strong and sweet smells this is for you.

The forumla itself is rich and creamy. It creates a nice silky lather and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. It is nourishing and gentle, perfect for my sensitive skin. The bottle is a great and a little product goes a long way so this will last awhile. The clean ingredients and how soft it leaves my skin make this product worth the price. I'll start by saying that I was excited that the scent/fragrance was coconut and vanilla because they are scents that I like, but for some reason the smell of this product feels extremely artificial. I also don't like the texture. For a liquid body wash I feel like it's too dense/thick, and I don't like that either. After using it, my skin felt dry. I don't know if it's some ingredient that it has or that it's missing, but the truth is that I did NOT like the product at all, and I don't recommend it for that reason.

It creates such a rich, creamy lather that leaves my skin feeling soft and refreshed without any dryness. That said, the coconut scent leans a bit artificial—it’s strong and sweet, which might not be for everyone. I prefer more natural-smelling fragrances, so this one was a little overpowering for me. Still, the formula performs beautifully, and I’d definitely repurchase in another scent.

Cruelty free, Sulfate Free, Paraben Free, Dye Free, Phthalate Free this is a clean body wash that doesn’t leave a residue and leaves your skin soft and slightly scented by warm sandalwood. It is a clear gel that has a good lather with clean ingredients. Perfect light vacation vibes scent of coconut and vanilla, it is not overpowering and quite pleasant. I love that it has clean ingredients and no dyes. The bottle fits nicely in the shower. However, the top could use improvement. The top feels like it will break and is awkward to open. Definitely recommend and price point is great as it seems like it will last awhile.
