A: Hi Kathryn, We're so sorry Native is not working for you! Are you experiencing body odor even after following these tips? Apply Native every morning to dry, clean underarms for about 2 weeks to start getting maximum effectiveness (your body may need about a week or two to adjust to Native) Apply 2-3 swipes under each arm and ensure that the deodorant has applied evenly. If you think it's necessary, reapply later in the day before going to the gym or out in the evening. The longer you use Native, the better it will be at preventing odors and protecting from wetness. Let us know if these tips help! In addition, if you're unhappy with the scent, we suggest returning or exchanging the item back for a different option. Let us know if this helps.

Q: Was the formula changed for this particular scent recently? I have purchased two lately that had a strong, almost berry scent. Not a fan and hope to find some soon that have the usual light scent!

My husband uses the Sensitive version of the sandalwood scent. He is prone to underarm rashes. Native is gentle on his skin and he’s able to recover. He is very happy with Native.

I have a hard time finding deodorant that actually works. This one is amazing. I do still sweat since it’s not an antiperspirant but I NEVER smell bad when I use this deodorant. I can’t say the same for other brands.

I love this deodorant! I think I have had it for like a year and yes I use it every day. Its almost unscented and applies easily, never gets on my shirt, and it lasts throughout the day. My shirts don't get stinky pits, not even from stress sweat! I will never use another deodorant ever again.

A friend bought me a stick of the sensitive, aluminum free baking soda free in the scent cotton and Lily. I’ve had this for over two months.. I like the liked scent but for me it does not seem to be working so well. I do not perspire a lot or sweat heavily, but as an experiment I tried putting this on at night when I went to bed and I still woke up with the stinky smell under my armpits. This was the only way that I could tell if it was working or not . this test failed. I was not sure if it was working because after using it in the mornings and at the end of the day still having smell under my armpits was very disappointing. You really need to step up your game on this product for it to be so expensive and wanting people to buy it just because it is aluminum free. I’ll stick with my secret. Thank you very much.

When you first open it, the smell is great but as time goes on the deodorant it self does not smell the same as when you first get it. it start to smell kinda like plastic. The first week it will literally smell like how it when you first smell it at the store, but after a couple weeks and months it’s starts to smell like plastic

I’ve been shopping Native deodorants for years now and I absolutely love them. The Cotton & Lily scent is light and smells clean. It’s one of the scents I wear in the summer when some other scents are too heavy or sour easily.
