[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I didn't feel a difference but it might be because I'm on a lot of different medication...I ended up trying it a few times...my husband tried it and he also barely felt a difference so he stopped trying it...not sure if it's worth it ..I have High anxiety and this didn't help keep me stress free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am the worst when it comes to remembering to take my vitamins. Drinks are a good option for me. I've been using this magnesium powder after work before I cook dinner and I really enjoy its flavor. It's effervescent similar to alka seltzer tablets. Some of these vitamin powders don't taste the best, but this one is quite good.

This was a great option for the morning rather than my current product that makes me sleepy. But the flavor is pretty artificial and less than good (sort of reminiscent of cough syrup lol). I’d love to try in a different flavor!! *received product for free in exchange for an honest review*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked at how sour and tart this magnesium was. I was expecting a kool-aid or Gatorade type of cherry, but this was more like shock-tarts! There was quite a bit of fizz, and so it was a powerful mix of a drink. I'm not sure how much or how little it helped, since I took at night before bed, but I did feel relaxed, and content in life which no lingering anxiety.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this product as I’ve been super stressed out. First thing I noticed is that the recommended dosage is very strong. It’s very tart and difficult to get down. I had to adjust the dosage to what for my pallet and needs. Overall I did see a difference in my sleep patterns, which I attribute to my stress levels. I am willing to continue to purchase on my own to see continued benefits. For me, the most important thing about this product is that you must adjust the dosage to meet your own specific needs.

The product blended great in my water and the taste remind me of a pixie stick. I feel like it has helped bring down my anxiety and made my calmer throughout the day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've heard a lot of good things in the media lately about the benefits of taking a magnesium supplement. So when I got this to review I was quite excited, however, I was not prepared for the side effect of having to spend hours in the bathroom the next morning. If you have trouble digesting food and are often constipated, I would highly recommend this supplement for you, but if you are looking to take it for the reasons provided on the jar.... Be prepared is all I'm saying.

I have been using magnesium glycinate in pill form for the past year and I feel like it definitely makes a difference, especially in my quality of sleep. I like that this is a drink that taste pretty good so it’s a little treat! I got the cherry flavor and it’s fizzy and a little tart. Would recommend!

Mine is cherry flavored, so I will start by saying the flavor is an acquired taste. I’m not particularly a fan of the flavor, but I won’t hold that against it. The magnesium is supposed to help stabilize your stress and mood levels and I will say that after a month of using this product I definitely feel that it has improved my mood and stress levels. I like to drink mine to relax after a long day at work. I’m going to order a 2nd canister for my daughter to try.

It fizzed up a little more than I thought and so I had to lick the excess off the bottle and it reminded me of sour skittles! It was sour and yummy. Went and mixed into my water very nicely with no chunks or uneven mixing. I would try it again in the future, I couldn’t tell whether it calmed me until I started getting a little sleepy and it wasn’t overwhelming so I give it a good review! I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review.

Can't comment of effects on stress, cause I'm still STRESSED! But I guess I don't have a magnesium deficiency?

I do feel more relaxed through my days since taking it the past few weeks. It also has a pretty good cherry taste. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t dissolve well, it takes so long. Other than that, I love it!
