My doctor doubled my vitamin d after I broke my ankle. I was taking two 5000 units. Now I only have to take 1 pill with the Natrol 10,000units. Thank you.

Great Overall Strength
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has everything. I love the strength.It is 10000 ius. which is a lot stronger than most other brands. It doesn’t give off an unpleasant aftertaste at all and they aren’t huge pills making them easier to swallow. Great for joints and bones and a better feeling of being healthy.

Strong dose of D3 in only 1 capsule
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a high dosage Vitamin D3 and I found it in the Natrol line! I have found that taking high dose of D3 has kept me healthy for the past several years but I was tired of taking multiple pills to get it. Natrol has this awesome 10,000 IU dose tablets and I love them. No icky residue aftertaste either.

Haven't noticed a difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bad knees and ankles, and they crack and pop when I walk (especially up stairs) and also when I sit down or stand up. I wasn't expecting the cracking and popping to stop, but I thought the knees and ankles would feel better after taking this regularly. That said, I hesitate to give less than 3 stars because I haven't been taking this for THAT long. Maybe the best is yet to come.

Great product for quality units
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this product since I have Vitamin D deficiency. I am required to take 10000IU which is convenient in this product. The smell is not horrible like other products I have tried. The tablets are easy to swallow. The quality of the tablets are what you would expect in any tablet. In other words, it has good quality and does what is needed. However, It can give you cramps which I would recommend staying hydrated by drinking a lot of water or even gatorade. Overall, I definitely recommend this product as it has helped with bone and joint health and my deficiency.

I can see a difference

I'm not a doctor but I think that for most people taking these a few times a week is more than sufficient. Ask your doctor to test you for vitamin D3 levels. Other than that, good product.

Great Vitamin D Tablets

I usually get the gel caplet kind instead of the tablet kind but I have been pleased with them. They work just as well at keeping my levels where they are supposed to be and do not leave a chalky aftertaste.

Life changing and Effective!!
