Wouldn’t buy again
Did not like the taste of this product partly because it contains Stevia. Nice that it is “sugar free” and has “natural flavors” but it wasn’t necessary to add an artificial sweetener to this product. Wouldn’t have purchased this if I could have read the ingredients added.

I decided to give this flavor a try so I could add it to my tea and not rely on coffee (making me more jittery in the process). I've noticed this helps me handle it and also stay focused without feeling tired like other remedies that help you with stress. I love the flavor, too. It smells so lovely when you are mixing it in. Follow the instructions exactly and you shouldn't have any problem. Some other powder products leave chunky residue and I just cannot. Excited to try the other flavors!!

My new favorite night time drink!!

I am self-employed so my days can be very hectic and cause my mind to run with all of the tasks I have to get done. I have been drinking it each night before bed. Bedtime is the time of day when I feel the most stressed and my mind runs wild. Since drinking CALM I have found it easier to calm my mind, easier to fall asleep, and I've woken up less throughout the night. Great for morning, or night!

On mornings when my kiddo gets up at 6am this really helps me to relax and as a result helps me to be a lot of patient since I’m not a morning person at all. In the evening it’s also a really nice way to relax. Both affect me in a similar way regardless when taken; just like a nice mental relaxation that helps with a balanced mood. The flavor is also very nice and tasty, and I enjoy reading it on it’s own or adding into my tea at night.

Mood boost and balance
I’ve tried a wide variety of magnesium supplements over the years and this is bar far my favorite so far. I started the year very depleted and with chronic low mood. I noticed a shift right away with this formula compared to the magnesium I was taking previously. My mood is so much more balanced throughout the day now.
