I’ve bought this shoe before in black. It is one of my favourite brands as they are the only tru comfortable shoes I have the ballet flats, ones with small heel and heels and all of them are wonderful and comfortable. I highly recommend your purchasing these shoes.

Consistently Runs Narrow! I used to have wide feet but lost weight and am now a normal, slightly on the wider side. These are designed narrow based on looks. I got these for Christmas 4 years ago and accidentally bought them twice more, forgetting the name each time. If you have wider feet, but not Wides, go with the Maxwell or Flexy Foot. The Vivienne are comfortable other than the narrow. I’m a teacher and am on my feet all day.

These are super cute and I really want to wear them, but after measuring my feet and using the size guidelines and the recommendations of going up from your usual size I received these shoes only to find out they are far too big and fall of my feet when I try to walk in them. Now I have to pay to send them back and try the size I should have bought in the first place to see if they those will fit. Overall a frustrating experience. I wish they just had a local store so I could go try shoes on in person.

I have the shoes in black, and they are fine. The tan pair, however, is too wide and too long even though both are marked 7.5 M.

I've always been a fan of Naturalizer shoes; every pair I've owned last years. The Vivienne flats did not appeal to me as much at first, but I growing more fond of them by the day. The quality is excellent. These shoes are among the most comfortable I've owned. I initially ordered a half size up and it was too large. The usual size fit me well.

It’s always a gamble to order shoes on line but I always have such good luck with Naturalizer shoes and this pair is no different. They are like slippers but super cute. I love the cut and style. These will be great shoes.

Very pleased with these. I ordered size 8 M rather than my usual size 8-1/2 M and they fit well. I learned that I wear a European size 38.5, so now I check the size chart to compare to the US size, which helps a lot.

This flat is beautiful. Great color for a nude shoe. I did have to size up for length and they fit perfectly now. First time out of my house I walked over a mile continuously going out and about. Super comfortable the whole time!
