Every single pair I’ve bought in this style one of the shoes has a click when I walk and I can’t figure out why. No label on the bottom, no sole separation happening but a click with every step. Please fix this issue

The shoes look beautiful and material is very good but the shoes makes a funny noise when you walk. I’ve purchased so many shoes from this brand. It’s my only concern. At first I thought it was too big but the smaller size is so tight. So I need to be really careful when I wear it.

Ordered the English Tea Leather color in 7.5w. That is my normal size as I didn't notice the disclaimer about ordering 1/2 size up. That being said these felt true to size. The wide fits great and with the soft (but not thin) leather it makes these comfy even with my bunions. Huge benefit because some wide sizes are still too tight or the leather can be too stiff. Easy to wear all day and can be dressed up or dressed down.
