I am 73 and have eaten cereal all my life. Never have I enjoyed an oatmeal more than Qia. I make an overnight oatmeal with oatmilk and fruit infused yogurt. Simply outstanding, low calorie and no sugar. I give it a 10+.

Stale seeds
I really like the product and the combination of seeds if they are not stale. I bought 3 cases last time and the seeds in 2 of the 3 cases are stale and leave bad taste in your mouth.
