The Nature's Truth softgels are so ideal to take in the morning - and not to mention the benefits! I'm not a health freak - but I noticed less dandruff and softer hair after taking these for a few weeks. Pretty darn easy to incorporate them into your diet.

I am not a big pill taker, I don't like taking any pills if they are super big but these ones are small enough for even those who have trouble swallowing pills. It's been more than a month now and I feel like there's a bit of a difference in my skin. My skin seems a little clearer and my hair/nails have grown out a bit and seem healthier. I would recommend to the people who feel their hair/nails are a bit dry or their skin seems to have a bit of texture and want to try to get smoother skin.

It also has a host of other benefits for hair, skin, liver and blood pressure. Nature's Truth rapid release biotin softgels don't have any flavor and go down easily with water, making them a great choice.

In the past, I had so much hair on my wide tooth comb, but only a few strands now. My nails seem to be stronger too!
