The Lavender Calm supplements are full of antioxidants with each serving containing 80 mg of lavender. It is a non-drowsy formula and that makes it super easy to reach for after any meal, during any time of day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not really sure what these are supposed to do but I didn’t notice anything. The soft gels are very easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The dosage is one per day, but also says take whenever you want. The bottle is 5 times larger than it would need to be. Why use more plastic than necessary??

Took some the other day at work, and it took about half an hour to kick in to calm me down from a tough morning. The bottle has a cap that opens, so you don't have to unscrew it. Nice feature. They have no after taste what so ever the ingredients are on par for what they are. The price point is ok, not too much for what they are.

I just wanted to be able to chill out and actually enjoy myself at the event. I will say that I felt noticably more relaxed, however I did end up getting extremely nauseated that evening with stomach cramps. I can't say that it was directly related to this but this was the only new thing I had that day. I'll have to try it again and see, but it's definitely a nice relaxing calm in a capsule outside of that.

The packaging is cute and normal pill sized. Since the product has 80mg of lavender, I overall just felt very relaxed and was easier to fall asleep. I will be keeping these in my normal routine as i loved the results.
