The best sleep ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have trouble sleeping GET THIS . I didn’t realize how good sleep was until I started taking these. I have trouble falling asleep. I toss and turn all night. I take these an hour and a half before I want to go to bed. By the time I take my shower and have some tea I can barely keep my eyes open. Best sleep I ever had!

When i riped the plastic around the lid it ripped all the way down to the end of the label which is an issue because the wrapping is loose so if it falls you can no lo ger tell what it is

Great Melatonin Supplement

The tablets are small and fast dissolving, so they are great for anyone who doesn’t like trying to swallow horse pills. They also have a subtle berry flavor, so the taste is palatable enough. I like that these tablets contain 12mg of melatonin and you only have to take one per dose. So this bottle lasts me 2 months if I take it every night. I’ve also had good luck with supplements from Nature’s Truth. Sometimes it’s hard to know which ones will work, but I’ve always gotten quality supplements, including this one, from Nature’s Truth.

Nice to have on hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For occasional sleeplessness, I take melatonin. This is the maximum strength version of melatonin which is 12mg. Half of this allowed me to fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep for four hours. I was a bit groggy the next day but I’m more sensitive than most people. This is a great option if you have trouble falling asleep occasionally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fast-dissolve Natures Truth Melatonin 12 mg maximum strength are fast-acting with a berry flavor and are great for those who don’t like swallowing pills. They are drug free and just provide the natural supplement of melatonin. They are vegan. When I started to use these, I started at half a tablet to check dosing, but a full tablet works best. They do work quicker than melatonin given in gummy form, although I prefer the gummy flavor. However when wanting sleep quick, this is highly effective! And 12mg is max strength providing a good dose in one tablet. If you need better sleep, this is a helpful tool to use. Highly recommended!!

DON'T WORK AS WELL AS THE 5MG TABLETS
I've used the 5mg tablets which seem to be effective, but for some reason, the 12mg tablets don't work as well. When this bottle is finished, I'm going to go back to the 5mg.
