It was not tested in environments where it was exposed to water, so how it will handle rain we cannot guarantee. This fan is easy to carry and comes with a strap so you can wear it around your neck. Unfortunately even at its highest speed, it didn’t really cool me down in the hot sun. Took it to a college football game and it didn’t really cool me down as I had hoped.

Love the color and functionality!
I absolutely love this little necklace fan! I wear it when I am mowing the lawn or doing any task that gets me warmed up! It has a strong airflow, I really only use it on the highest setting, and the airflow is aimed straight out the top of the fan onto my face and neck when I wear it as a necklace or clipped to my collar. I got the light pink color and I absolutely love it! Battery life is great, it lasts 1.5-2.5 hours on the highest settting, but I am sure it would last even longer if I wasn't always using the highest setting and outside.

bad battery life
Love the fan, but the battery only lasts about 2 hours. Even plugged in, only 2 hours. Takes a long time to charge. It blows the air around you so if it's hot, the air it blows is hot.

Hello nh, Thank you for your review and feedback! We are so sorry for the bad experience that you had! We wanted to offer some additional information regarding the feedback you shared. Although this fan can be used while plugged into a charging cable and power supply, this may cause the battery to be in a state of simultaneous discharge and charging, which may cause irreversible damage to the battery life and shorten its life. So, we would only recommend using the fan after a full charge and while unplugged from the charging cable. The battery life on this fan is 1.5-5 hours. If you were receiving 2 hours of use on the highest fan setting, then our battery life exceeded our expectation. Several factors outside the fan itself can affect battery runtime. Environmental conditions like very hot or cold temperatures can also impact how efficiently the battery performs. If airflow is blocked or the fan is placed too close to a wall or object, the motor has to work harder, which can drain the battery faster. To get the longest use between charges, we recommend using lower fan speeds when possible, keeping the fan in a well-ventilated space, and avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. If there are not environmental factors affecting the battery runtime and you are using the highest setting, you can expect to get 1.5+ hours of use from a full battery charge. And one last point to address, a fan moves air, it cannot cool the air temperature down like an air conditioning unit. Try spraying yourself with water and then blow the fan on yourself for additional cooling. If you need further information feel free to contact Tech Support at support@ttinno.com. It only lasts about five hours and I work a six hour shift. One hour is not enough charging time after it dies, so I bought another one as a backup. I received it yesterday afternoon. It runs, but it won't charge. I'm afraid when it dies down it will be useless.

Only last 3 hours on high turnt it on at 9am (indoors) and by 12 it was dead. You need to use it on high to feel any relief not worth $15 I bought o2cool last year that one lasted 5 hours and then some I priced matched it in the store for $9 but the clasp just broke this year also the straps are hard to put on the deal worthy brand and doesn’t work at all outside blows hot air only

Disappointing buy - does not last long on highest setting
Purchased this fan for a five-day Disney World trip in June. Operating on the highest setting, it only lasted approximately two hours, which proved to be a disappointing purchase for our intended use.

Hello Cyfam5, Thank you for your review and feedback! 2 hours at the highest setting is actually better than the 1.5-4 hour running time that we claim the fan has in it's user manual. In our lab testing we only got about 1.5 hours on the highest setting and in hot outdoor conditions. In order to keep this fan small, light and easy to wear around your neck the battery cannot be large. An idea to keep it going longer would be to carry a battery pack and the charging cord with you, since this fan should run even while charged into the portable battery pack. We hope this information helps you to understand your purchase better and we thank you again for the feedback on a desire for a necklace fan with a bigger battery capacity. Have a fabulous week!

Small but Mighty
I am a baseball mom in Florida and when I was sent this little portable personal fan, I did not have high hopes. Boy, was I wrong! This is the little fan that could with a clip and a neck strap to wear one of two ways. The air flow is pointed up, so straight to your face and neck. This fan is rechargeable with a usb port and so far, I have used it this entire weekend for four baseball games at our tournament, and it just now is slowing down and needs a charge. It also has 3 speeds and the top speed is so much more substantial than I thought it would be! Overall, I love this fan and it will be a summer staple in my tote bag!

A fan you wear around your neck. Wait, what? Yes, that’s right! This fan is going to come in handy during the hot days. Whether it’s cleaning the garage, gardening or a day at the beach. It’s coming with me and it’s going to get used. It has 3 speeds and the highest speed packs a nice punch. You can also use the belt clip or the small piece that pops out and allows the fan to be placed elevated on a desk. Very cool fan! No pun intended.
