Necoichi Cozy Cat Scratcher Bowl

I cannot remove the insert in order to use the other side. If I push too hard through the provided hole it just strats to turn inside out. ALSO, box did not include advertised replacment inserts (2). Wast of time and money I will return.

Wish it was a bit bigger but like my cats like playing, sleeping, and hanging out on it.

She loves her new scratcher bowl! We got the large size so that she has plenty of room for whichever way she wants to lay. I thought that the outer layer was actually some kind of wood material but it's just a wood look wrap around cardboard. So it is pretty pricey for being all cardboard and not as solid as I would have liked for the price. Overall though, it's just what I was looking for and she loves it.

Necochi is a Japanese brand and the names in Japanese means "cat first". How cute! I got this product in the oak color in size medium for a four pound kitten. It is the perfect size for now and, since the kitten is going to be a small to medium size cat I think it will be okay when the kitten gets older. The kitten is more interested in this item as a bed and has not really used the scratching part too much but that could be just this kitten's personality as there are other scratching boards around my home. It is a way more attractive and sophisticated piece than other scratching posts and boards which can be an eye sore in my living room. The insert comes out and is replaceable. However, I found that the medium size replacements are harder to find than the large ones. I could not find them at the pet shops but they do sell the replacements at Target. I'm happy with this purchase.

I ordered the large size. My 5 cats take turns using it. They love it as a bed more than a scratcher. The design is very attractive and I will order more.

My cats love this as a scratcher and to sleep in. I had to buy 2. I love that the inserts can be replaced.

Our kitty absolutely loves this scratcher bed! She uses it to both scratch at and sleep in. Sprinkle a little bit of catnip into the cardboard when you first get it if they seem not interested.

My cat hates every cat bed I buy so I was reluctant to purchase this, but he loves it! I was in a state of shock when he immediately plopped down inside it. He uses it everyday for naps and if your cat is picky they will absolutely love this. I don’t know if it’s the shape or the cardboard, but it’s a hit. Harvey approved!!!

My cat is super duper picky. We've gotten her 2 beds that she completely avoided. We got this bed because we noticed she liked hanging out in boxes and this was a better option than leaving random boxes around my house. My cat warmed up to it in a few hours--she's currently curled up in it. While the quality is meh (its laminated wood) this dark oak color matches my couch legs so it at least looks good from far away. I highly recommend this if you have a picky cat

Well-made and they love this item. Easy to place. Got two with a set of replacement liners. They stared at this forever and when I came back one was asleep in it. I sprinkled catnip on them and placed their favorite toy in each one. Because cats are suspicious! They fear new stuff!! HA!!!! Adorable product.

If your cat loves scratching posts (especially if it’s the flat ones and they spend a lot of time laying on it), this is the PERFECT thing for them! My only regret is not buying another, as we have four cats and they constantly fight over whose turn it is to lay in this!
