This massager is so versatile and convenient to use. I love the fact that it's cordless and can be used anywhere. The added heat is a great feature and the battery has a long life after being fully charged. This is one of those products that you don't know you need until you try it. I found myself using it several times a day.

I love that it's hands free with an option for heat. The intensity levels are adjustable I opt for the strongest pressure due to my pain. I adjust the straps to target the problem area and the results are fast and effective. I do wish the battery life lasted longer. Durable and good quality!

This massager delivers strong pressure without being harsh. It works great to relieve muscle tension, especially after a long day at work. It’s comfortable to wear, the sleeves are comfortable. Easy to travel with, portable and cordless. I enjoy adjustable intensity and infrared heat! Easy to charge. Love it!

Talk about a lifesaver! We just got back from a 7-hour road trip, the day after a 4 hour work raid trip! This Nekteck Cordless Neck Massager was an absolute MVP. Seriously, it got used so much during those long stretches in the car. My spouse and I love using it in the living room. We can finally sit next to each other on the couch without getting tangled in a mess of cords, which is a huge win in itself. The cordless design is just genius—no more hunting for outlets or trying to untangle knots. Not a professional massage but pretty good. Harder for my husband, medium for me! Super comfortable to use. Decent battery life!

Okay, I was really looking forward to this shoulder massager however it could use some improvements. It does not sit flush on shoulders/back. Half of the massage balls literally twirl in the air, I even watched my husband try it out as well. The heat option is nice, but it all just feels awkward.

Don’t be fooled by the name of this product. It massages way more than the neck and back. We’ve used it on arms, legs, feet and more. This massage is nice deep massage and you can choose from low , medium or high. I will say don’t expect a crazy amount of heat to come from the unit. I noticed it but it wasn’t that strong. The hands free allows you to wrap it around your torso to massage your back in various positions.

I like that this massager does so much, but my biggest issue is the learning curve. This unit is unlike any I have ever used in that it does so much. Not that this is a bad thing, but the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is that there is so much to learn and the instruction manual is wanting. I would give it more 4.5 stars, but that isn't possible. I would suggest making the user manual more helpful for the future.

I use this everytime I get a headache and shoulder cramps. It helps so much! I was able to use it about 6 times after I received it without charging. I’d say the battery life lasts a good amount. It is a bit heavy but effective. The pressure can be intense, you’ll understand when you try it. The cycle lasts 15 minutes before you have to turn it on again but it usually hits the spot where 15 minutes would be enough.
