So Dissapointing
This was such a disappointment. I really needed something to help alleviate shoulder pain. I sit at my desk all day and hunch my shoulders. I lift weights and am always doing some kind of workout that uses shoulders, and they are always burning. This massager is just impossible to get where you need it and actually feel pressure. You have to plug it in. It’s awkward to keep in place because you have to hold it, so no multi tasking. I tried sitting on a couch, a chair, my bed. Couldn’t get it to feel good. Made my husband try it and he liked it even less. Not even as good as a massage chair.

Didn't work
Really wanted to love this but unfortunately it wouldn't hold a charge. Only worked if plugged in to the charger; which makes using it kinda hard. However I did get it on my upper back and it felt amazing. Maybe I just got a faulty one?

Great
Okay, so I finally caved and bought one of those electric neck massagers, and I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty awesome. The heat setting is a total game changer, melting away tension in minutes! It's super easy to use, and I just sit on the couch while watching TV. Honestly, it's the best purchase I've made in a while!

Has So Much Potential
The Nekteck Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager works good, but has so much potential to be great. This massager has a plug in as well as a car adapter. The button functions include switching massager direction and adding heat. I wish the buttons were more accessible, rather than on the sleeve. Also, the hand rests are nice, although they don’t allow for full relaxation as you have to hold them in place to make sure the massager works. The heat function is mild at best, and no indication it is on unless you are looking at the red light of the massage rollers. I do wish this had a carrying case or bag of some sort. Overall, massage function works well but there is a lot to be desired.

Don't love the color, but this thing works!
I've tried a few massagers like this in the past, but I was really impressed with how this one was really able to dig in deep and put real pressure on the massage points. It was super relaxing to use, and I even enjoyed the heat. I'm not a huge fan of the yellow/cream color- it looks like it's supposed to be white but has discolored over time, but that's a pretty minor detail.

Help soothe neck ache, and stiffness
This she had so Massage really worked wonders. I used it on my neck and lower back and it gave a nice warm massage donating was perfect. Perfect amount of pressure. With various settings, I would recommend this. You have to plug it in so make sure you’re seated Near an outlet
