Q: Can you whip this into whipped cream?

A: Yes! Just mix cream, sugar and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. The Media Crema should be refrigerated and cold prior to whipping the product so it will thicken to a fluffy consistency. We hope this helps! -Candice
