My kids love this mix, which helps fill the gaps in their diet restrictions. They do not enjoy Boost flavor, which is recommended in lue of Breakfast Essentials. This mix has been a staple in our household, and we need it for optimal health.

I’m a long time consumer if your light start powder. Recently it doesn’t mix completely, seems since you changed the packaging. Why only 8 packets in a box and why is it more expensive? It has less sugar, what gives?

Love Carnation
We have been drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast in our house for years. I wish you sold the classic French vanilla or strawberry in the canister since we aren't chocolate fans. We would buy it more if we could get it this way.

I love the flavor, convenience, and the price compared to other meal replacement mixes. Those are amounts if you make it with Milk. Many of us drink milk alternatives.

Like the chocolate MISS THE LIGHT START VANILLA
I like the chocolate light start alright, I use it by itself, in smoothies, etc., and it mixes up pretty well. I really miss the light start vanilla powder and wish you would bring it back!!! I also would like to see light start protein options.

I LOVE the powder form of your drinks. After having weight loss surgery, I have to closely watch my sugar intake. Do you have a zero sugar or a very low sugar option?

I have enjoyed your instant breakfast for probably 40+years,but lately it doesn't blend smoothly with milk. Not as enjoyable. And I always buy the 22 serving box of chocolate packets.

Delicious And Nutritious, But Too Expensive
Carnation Breakfast Essentials is delicious but a bit pricey so I only buy it when it is on sale (rarely) or I have a coupon (seldom). A good alternative is Ovaltine. It is also very nutritious and the cost per ounce of Ovaltine is quite a bit less.

Love the product but the packaging is worrisome
There's a plastic top with no attachment meaning anyone can open it without a person being aware. Then the simple plastic is easily puncturable without anyone knowing it. Growing up with the Tylenol scandal/poisonings this package makes me very nervous.

Take out the phosphates!
Calcium phosphate allergy in my household. Phosphates removed fm laundry soap due to causing lg amounts of foamy bubbles in waterways. Used only last few yrs in foods. Watch for bubbly pee! Can/has happened! Other than the phosphates, not bad nutrition.
