Issues resolved
This unit replaced an Amplifi router/satellite system that had lost its Wi-Fi speeds as the last few wireless devices were added. This setup allows for minimal loss of upload or download speed with 35 wireless and 20 wired devices.

Upgrade from 850 system
Purchased used as an upgrade from the 850 system which I have had for several years. Setup was simple and I was able to use my old network names without a problem. Once setup all previous devices connected without a problem. Actually noticed a speed improvement when I ran speed-test. Previously when I ran speed-test from a device connected to a satellite I would get about 50-75% of the speed indicated from the router. Now I get full speed on all connected devices.

It’s okay
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Orbi AXE11000 is currently working well. My only complaints are that the power cables leave a lot to be desired as they look very flimsy and are easy to break. The other complaint would be hiding basic features like parental controls behind a paywall. If I would have known that corporate greed has compromised the integrity of the device, I would have gone with a different company altogether.

Satellites do not have a stable connection
The satellites drop the connection several times a day. It takes a while for my iPhone to realize there’s no internet coming through because the WiFi connection stays up. It’s way worse on wired backhaul. Lots of people in the internet fora have similar problems, it seems to have started at a certain firmware update. To be fair support is helpful but it’s a long process that takes days to troubleshoot. I gave up and will switch to a different mesh system.

Perfect upgrade
Went from the google mesh to this and it has been transformative. I would get 30-50mbs sitting here at my kitchen table with Google Mesh. Now I'm 600 ! No joke. It's like night and day. Same internet service/provider--just this ORBI upgrade was all that changed.

Huge improvement
I've only had this for a few weeks, but what a change from the Google Nest system. I have a detached garage that really struggled to get useable wifi. Not only has my speed greatly improved, the signal travels much farther. Set up was pretty simple. So far, very happy.

Reliable home WiFi system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous 1 months ole WiFi system from the other manufacturer died; they kept dropping off and my IOT equipment at home were not functioning. Decided to go with the industry leading brand when I had to purchase a new. Going with the RBR 960 WiFi 6E was a downgrade before I had it running, but my budget was tight. After setting it up, the WiFi Internet speed exceeds the previous WiFi 7 and it is very reliable. The only thing I got to complain is the APP; it is very slow to load or connect to the routers, something it shows nothing is connected to it while all my IOT equipment is connected and working fine. Netgear should improve their APP.

Very nice upgrade from RBR20. Speed lightening fast and MUCH better coverage with this 3 unit system than I had with my 5 unit RBR20. Covers 3,000 square feet easily and even extents well into my back yard.

Better than Eero
I had an Eero 6 system for 3 years that was provided by my ISP, but the rental price was increased so high that I could have bought this system twice over, so I decided to make a change and pulled the trigger on this system. Setup was super easy, though there were some growing pains with a couple of my smart home devices (Rachio mainly) that were easily resolved with a reset of the actual device. Speeds are quicker than the Eero, and the coverage is much better overall. Highly recommend.

Strongest Mesh System
This system has managed to help me get WiFi signal in places where other mesh systems have failed. Setup is easy, the app is user friendly, and performance is strong, even for a network with 75 connected devices. Is it expensive? Yes. Does it outperform basically every other system and justify itself by doing that? In my opinion, yes.

Stylish and fast.
Overall impressive. Would be nice to have more control over 2.4ghz and 5ghz settings. Splitting those networks vs an iot only network. Port aggregation could be better. Wireless speeds are fast. Would be nice if it had all 2.5 g ports instead of one. This review is for the rbre 960. This may have changed.
