Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent For Face Acne Toner, containing 2% salicylic acid acne treatment for face, is designed to remove surface oil, control shine, and treat and help prevent acne breakouts, blemishes, and blackheads without over-drying. This maximum-strength facial toner, ideal for acne-prone skin, combines salicylic acid, a dermatologist-recommended ingredient, with witch hazel to provide an effective cleansing experience. This face toner for women and men is suitable for use in the morning, afternoon, and night. It helps manage surface oil, making it a valuable addition to any regular acne skin care routine. To apply, cleanse your skin first, then cover the affected areas with a thin layer of the pore cleaner one to three times daily. Start with one application of this witch hazel toner per day and gradually increase to two or three times daily as needed to avoid excessive drying.

I wasn’t a fan of Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil Eliminating Astringent. Right from the start, the scent was really strong and chemical-like, which was off-putting. When I applied it, I experienced an uncomfortable burning and tingling sensation on my skin that didn’t go away quickly. Despite using it consistently, I didn’t notice any improvement in oil control or pore clearing, so it didn’t work for me. The product is pretty cheap, which might be a plus for some, and the bottle design is standard and nothing special. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this astringent if you have sensitive skin or are looking for effective results.

I've used this for many years, never disappoints. I can wash w/ facial cleaners, then use Clear Pore and it manages to pull even more 'dirt' out evidenced by the cotton pad used. It's also regular my go-to for a quick clean as a stand alone product. Work very good
