Have loved this foundation but my shade (20 Natural Ivory) is not the same color anymore. The last 3 that I bought have been deeper and not pink toned.

When I opened the bottle and went to put it on, it was extremely runny, and the color was off. I use classic ivory & it had an orangey tint to it, which I very much dislike, not the same color at all from what I have bought in the past. Extremely disappointed, waste of money. I will switch to a different brand. I will no longer be using Neutrogena if I can’t count on the color being right.

I have used this foundation for over 10 years and i loved it. I absolutely hate this new formula. The foundation now has a strong chemical smell that i cant stand and it irritates my eyes. The color and coverage is also terrible now. Please go back to the old formula because so many people are complaining about it.

There is a terrible chemical smell to this foundation. It irritates my eyes when I put it on. I never had these issues with the old formula. The color is also off from the old formula. Don’t change a good thing that you had. Please bring back the old formula.

I used this product for several years with no issues before buying my last bottle with the changed formula. I only use it around my eyes, and it caused severe redness and peeling on my eyelids. I think this was from the addition of panthenol/vitamin b. wish the formula would have stayed the same.

I ABSOLUTELY loved this foundation. Good coverage with a very light feel. Im really sad when they changed the formula my color i use 80 doesnt even come close to matching. Ive ordered six different colors and cant match. Please help.

my new bottle of neutrogena ivory 20 smells terrible. i am so dissappointed in this. I have been using NEUTROGENA FOR many years. Please re-evaluate and consider returning to the previous formula. Finding a foundation that you love and then having this happen is awful. Code on Bottle 1134j 2026MAR

I've been wearing this product color nude 40 for many years and it went on perfect and coverage was great. My last bottle i bought felt more greasy and didn't go on as smoothly. I also noticed the color was DIFFERent and had more of an orange tone. I will not be buying this product in the future as I noticed many other people HAd the same complaint about the changes to the product. I have always only used neutragena products but unfortunately I now need to look for another brand.

I've been wearing this 2001 and they recently changed the formula. The color and texture is different. I've tried multiple shades and they are all orangish. The formula doesn't blend very well and oxidizes. What happened?! So sad. This used to be the holy grail.

This is the lightest shade? are you kidding?? Looks nothing like the picture advertised. If i wanted to look like a pumpkin i would go to spirit halloween and get orange face paint for $3. sooo disappointed.
