  • A: No - I would buy it if it did. The only actually-sealed Neutrogena makeup removing product is the individually-wrapped wipes. It's ridiculous they don't use tamperproof seals on all products meant to contact the eye and mouth.

eyelid dermatitis

I want to start off by saying I have very very sensitive skin - even perfumes irritate the skin on my neck. However, this product dried out my eyelids so much that I got eyelid dermatitis. Effective and perfect for sensitive eyes

This eye remover is very gentle and effective. It removes water mascara easily without rubbing too much. The oil formula feels smooth, doesn’t irritate my eyes and leaves the eye area soft and hydrated!

Removes well waterproof mascara

I really enjoyed using this liquid. It removes makeup incredibly well, including waterproof mascara without leaving any residue or greasy film. My eyes fell clean and comfortable after using it. The formula is very gentle snd doesn’t irritate my sensitive eye area. Since it’s a dual phase product, you need to shake it well before use to activate it, and then it works perfectly. This remover makes taking off eye makeup quickly, easy and comfortable.

Great eye makeup remover

This is such a great eye makeup remover. I always have it on my vanity and use it often. It does not have an overpowering scent and is not drying. It does not make my eyes burn and it works on all of my different mascaras. I have very sensitive skin and this has never caused me to break out.

Perfect eye makeup remover

Love in a bottle. Great makeup removal for heavy eyes makeup. I just soak a cotton with the liquid and let it do the magic. It didn’t cause burning to my eyes like other products. My skin absorbed it really quick to get very clean, fresh and hydrated feeling. Also its smell is light and fresh. The bottle doesn’t leak when I pack it in my makeup bag so it’s my nominee one choice to take with me when travel. Easy to wash and very gentle on skin.

This makeup remover is okay. it’s pretty greasy but it does remove make up well including waterproof. it doesn’t leave any redness or burn and my skin doesn’t look puffy or swollen after.

Best makeup remover for eye makeup

I loved this so much. It took off my eye makeup so quickly, even waterproof mascara! I used it everyday and got none of that annoying residue it was so easy to use.

Efficient eye makeup remover

I don’t currently use this product, but I did use it for a while. I used cotton pads with this product to remove my eye makeup. It does a great job of removing all types of eye makeup completely with no redness or irritation. The only thing I didn’t love was feeling a bit of oiliness afterwards even though the product is oil free. However, this was was easily fixed with cleansing after use.

Don't waste your money

This is the worst eye makeup remover I’ve ever purchased. It’s oily and removes nothing. Plus it makes your eyes blurry. I will stick with the more expensive version “Well Off” by Origins. This one is going in the garbage.

The formula removes makeup very well, it makes it easy to remove mascara. My eyes are also not burning every time I wash so that is also a plus. It cleans well and the smoothness makes it feel nice on my skin.
