A: No - I would buy it if it did. The only actually-sealed Neutrogena makeup removing product is the individually-wrapped wipes. It's ridiculous they don't use tamperproof seals on all products meant to contact the eye and mouth.

I really enjoy this product and one that I buy consistently. It takes off make up and mascara easily. It does have an oily feel so make sure you don't over use. I recommend using with a cotton ball for eyes; along with shaking up the liquid before using. The price is great for the quality! I also like the lilac color bottom with the soft gold accents - great marketing.

Hmmmm although this remover works really well for getting off stubborn mascara and eye makeup. Honestly though, the formula feels pretty greasy, and I don’t like the way it leaves my skin afterwards. For me, it’s effective but not enjoyable to use.

I love this for my sensitive eyes. I wear contacts and this does not irritate them at all. It removes my eyelid primer as well as my shadow, liner and occasional mascara.

This is the best product I have ever used to remove eye makeup. It removes all traces of mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow very quickly. Just use a cotton ball to apply the remover to your face an voila - makeup is gone. This works way better than the Neutrogena makeup removing wipes. And the best part is that it is a great value since a little bit goes a long way to get the job done quickly. It is non-greasy and does not irritate the sensitive skin around your eyes.

I was very disappointed with this product. It claims to be oil free but felt very oily on my skin when cleaning off my makeup. I found it didn’t take off my makeup too well and often left residue. I would not purchase again.
