Q: What other same brand products could you recommend if your wanting to continue using this brand for your skin care routine? And does this fight under eye black circles? And hollowing eyes?
A: Hi! The Neutrogena On-The-Spot Treatment for Acne Prone Skin Care it’s not specifically targeted for under-eye concerns like hollowing, bags, or really all types of dark under-eye circles. If you’re already using Neutrogena and want to continue with their skincare line especially to address under-eye dark circles, we recommend the Neutrogena Collagen Bank Reviving Eye Cream.
