I just started my Tretenoin journey and needed something that would not irritate my skin but still cleanse effectively and I have found it! This cleanser rinses clean and leaves my skin so soft. It removes makeup and foams up really well but doesn’t dry me out. I have combination skin and this works perfect. My dermatologist recommended this one because it’s fragrance free as well and even though I wasn’t sensitive to that before she said the Tretenoin could make me sensitive now. So far so good no irritation and it’s been almost a month! I’m glad I found this cleanser.

This is my GO TO face cleanser. Recommended to me by my dermatologist over 10 years ago, I have never had clearer skin. The scent is faint, but if you’re really sensitive to scents, go fragrance free! The texture is smooth and foamy and leaves skin feeling so soft. It may not have the most cute packaging, but it’s worth every penny!

Ive Used this product for years and had loved it. Now that the formula changed it causes severe breakouts on my face. Very very disappointed. I have to imagine you know what chemicals will cause problems so dont understand why the ingredients would be changed. I also had to stop using your moisturizer because of ingredient changes causing breakouts. No more neutrogena for me.

I have used this face wash for years for my sensitive, contact dermatitis prone skin with no problems. The formula recently changed with added ingredients (CICA) and now I have an allergic reaction from using the new version. I wish they had just left it the same!

Neutgrogena has proven it can no longer be trusted as a product for sensitive skin. When I saw the "new" banner on the bottle, I assumed it was just a new bottle. WRONG! After one use--ONE!--my eczema flared on my hands, and badly flared my blepharitis, which meant I had to get steroid creme from my dermatologist. As others have saidL LEAVE. A. GOOD. PRODUCT. ALONE. What did you do? Fire your chemists and have AI concoct this nasty new formula? I will no longer use ANY Neutrogena product--not even the gel moisturizer that currently works for me because I know you we change that formula, too, at some point. Trust is gone.

I used this for a while but I like the orange neutrogena wash with the beads instead of this foaming one. The bottle is nice with the pump and easy to use.
