  • A: The maltodextrin is actually only a smaller amount of the Gummy composition. The main ingredient in the Elderberry gummies is the sugar alcohol Maltitol syrup with a glycemic index of 52. While Maltitol syrup has a lower glycemic index than sugar, it is still a partially digested carbohydrate (which is considered and declared in the energy declaration for sugar alcohols, total carbohydrates and calories).

    These taste so yummy , plus there vegan and another plus NO KIND OF OIL IN INGREDIENTS 👍 l am so happy it took me a week to do research and find gummies with no oil. If your vegan you know its hard to escape oil so these are now in my everyday vitamins I take in the morning.

    Yummy gummies

    I bought these gummies after I read an article that it might help keep us from catching a cold if taken before a plane ride and cruise. Since we haven't gone on the cruise just yet, I can say they taste good and I'm hoping they do keep us from catching any colds, etc. I would recommend these gummies.

    I love this form of elderberry for immunity boost. The gummies are so easy to take, especially with the slight sugar-like coating they aren't too sticky and are actually a treat. I take them regularly during cold/flu season and any other time as soon as I feel like I could be coming down with something. Has definitely lessened the duration when a cold start.
