NextStar Flea & Tick Topical Treatment for Dogs - 3ct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large Labrador Retriever/Beagle mix but he physically is ALL Lab. He's a big boy but he's all muscle. I was thoroughly impressed with how well this Nextstar Flea & Tick Topical for large dogs (89-132lbs) worked on my pup! I haven't seen any fleas, ticks, scabs or any other signs. My dog isn't constantly scratching like he was. I definitely prefer to use a topical serum over an oral medication. It stayed well on my dog and offered full protection. Great product that I highly recommend to all dog owners of all sizes and breeds.

It might be because we wasnt sent the correct amount of doses to treat both of our dogs and could only treat one, we have one large breed and onr smaller breed/pup. I wouldnt recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I was finally picked for a campaign, but when you do the survey they ask how many animals you have. I was really expecting more than 3 flea "remedies," but I was on vacation for 2 weeks and not even a month later my poor cats were suffering. Not sure what works anymore, or why they'd do a survey and only give you HALF of what you need for your total of 6 cats, then they say a 3 lb product being shipped to you but it's actually for the weight of the cats and not the contents of the box. Either way....didn't do anything for my cats.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received three vials of NextStar Flea & Tick Spot Treatment for X-Large Dogs (89-132 lbs) from BzzAgent, and applied it to my dogs. I noticed that a few minutes after application it caused my dogs skin to become hot to the touch just where I applied the drops. My Doberman Lab mix did not like it and caused a little bit of irritation on the site but my other dog, a Rottweiler chow mix had no irritation but it did heat up. Over the course of the month I didn't notice any other irritation or any other problems. It did help a little bit with fleas, but it wasn't 100% effective like Bravecto or K9 Advantix II. I do believe it could be more effective if you're in an area that doesn't have a flea problem or a ton of mosquitoes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the very first time I've used this brand for flea and tick prevention. I must say that my one outside kitty was becoming overtaken with fleas and I tried everything to help him to no avail. I'm happy to report that one day after application, and over three months since he's happily flea and tick free! It's easy to apply and doesn't leave oily residue on the fur like most topical applications. Just remember if your kitty has thick fur-part the hair and place tube as close as you can get to their skin and squeeze entire contents slowly. Then put the hair back down and rub it in. Quick and easy. He's still outside, running around, enjoying his new home. He's also flea and tick free thanks to NEXTSTAR FLEA AND TICK TOPICAL.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 20 pound dachshund had some fleas on her, not many and after a few days I still seen a few crawling on her this morning. I live out in a heavily wooded forest in the Ozark mountains of Arkansas and the fleas and ticks are horrible in the spring/beginning of summer. They're not so bad right now. I'd try this again to see how it works in the spring. It's similar to most other flea medications. I liked how it soaked in her skin and fur more then being on top on her fur like other flea medicines. I'll give it a 4 star review for the fact it worked similar to other flea medicines I bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed by how quickly NextStar Fast Acting Cat Flea & Tick Treatment worked at killing the fleas on my cats. It was like night and day compared to what I had been using. It was easy to apply (well as easy as anything can be to use on a cat) and seems to be pretty long lasting, I did notice a small bit of hair loss on one cat but nothing drastic. I will continue to use NextStar Fast Acting Cat Flea & Tick Treatment on my cats. Please note, I did received this product as part of a free sample program.

By the time I received the product I had already started using a seresto collar for my 4 month old German shepherd. So I removed the collar and applied this topical treatment. For the duration of the treatment time I did not notice any fleas but did find some ticks, although they were dead. It did seem to keep my boy protected, but he has had continued itching at the application site. All in all, the product worked to prevent an infestation, but I can't speak to it's ability to treat a current infestation. If your fur baby has sensitive skin, use with caution.
