I work on the docks, transporting whatever comes off of it from point A to point B. I also hook up heavy equipment to the crane’s stationed on the ship (bulldozers etc..) so I’m in constant contact with the crane operator via hand signals. My phone needs to be readily available at a moments notice without delay meaning I can’t be digging in my pockets or jacket trying to retrieve my phone. I blew a lot of $$$ on finding a product that would would meet my expectations. I have to say…this phone case is built to LAST!!!! Now I work in all types of weather conditions, no problems. I’m constantly banging, running into, falling, sliding, scraping and anything else you can think of and at the end of my day shift… my phone is still on my belt!!!! It will be unrecognizable with all the dirt/mud but it comes all off with a good scrubbing from a course scrub brush. I see a few other comments about the Velcro and how it’s “too loud”? I personally don’t find that to be a problem, in fact, every time I hear that “ripppp” it’s the sound of superior craftsmanship and industrial-grade materials reminding me that I made a fantastic purchase!!!! so if you are seeking a cell phone case that will protect your phone, even through the harshest conditions, stay clipped to your belt without the worry of it falling off, and still be able to maintain a timeless fashionable style, then I recommend this. If you are looking for something a bit more flashy, and you’re not too concerned about the phone you wish to put a case on, then I suggest perhaps shopping at “five and below”, for they have an array of options that may fit your needs!

I love the durability of the case and it lasts forever. The only problem is the clip. It holds too secure!! Once its on you can't get it off the belt without taking off the belt. The clip needs to be made so that you can press on the top of it and it will open the clip up so you can take it off. Very inconvienant.

I have used this case for several years. It has outlasted any of my previous phone cases by at least three times as long. It was a replacement for a prior model which gave up after a few months. I'm ordering a new one now.

I have used this product for years. The only recommendation would be to use magnets to close the flap instead of Velcro. Velcro is so noisy and wears out quickly,

I've had an XXL vertical hardshell holster for 4 years. It has been the perfect fit for my Galaxy S9+ that also had the Otterbox Defender case installed. I now bought an S22 Ultra phone and plan to use the correct Defender case also. The problem is the XXL holster needs to be a wee bit taller than the current case. While I don't really like the Velcro fastener, I could overlook that if the holster flap was longer to cover the whole stationary Velcro area. The dimensions of the Defender are: 7 inches tall by 3-1/2 inches wide. Could Nite Ize offer a "taller" model of their vertical hardshell XXL in their product lineup? The S22 Ultra with the Defender case is a very popular size for many! As much as I like this case, I might have to resort to another brand if I can't get the correct size I need with Nite Ize.

This case actually does not fit my Moto G7 Supra phone. It is about 1/4 inch to small both in length and width. Very good case just does not fit properly.

I’m a tradesman and metal fabricator for over forty years. Anything I wear on my belt winds up looking like a disaster after even a week of use. But this case has held up incredibly. A shop filled with metal dust,sparks and everyday grime. Never a problem. Bang into my welding table fifty times a day. No issues so far. And my iPhone 13 max with a large protective case fits like a glove. Easy to remove with one hand and to slip back in. Perfect purchase for hard working or playing men and women.

Nice enough belt pouch; just don't expect it to be crush-proof or bend-proof if you sit on it. The belt hook seems to be secure, and it also works on the waistband of some pants if there is a "fold-over" in the right place. I like the horizontal case better than the vertical one because I can wear it in front and sit down comfortably without moving it around. I have a Google Pixel 3a with the stoutest protective case that Otter makes, which is 6.5"x3.2"x0.6" or 165mmx80mmx16mm. The size XXL case fits it with about 10mm to spare on length.

This case is a replacement for the previous one I have had about 10 years. I have work in different physical labor jobs and wore this case everyday. I put alot of abuse to this case and it stood well for me. The only thing that broke on this case after 8 years was the rivets that attached the belt clip to the case. I replaced them with small stainless steel screws nuts and lock washers. The lasted two more years until the case broke.

I have been using Nite Ize phone cases and they have out performed any others that I have ever found. The only complaint I have is that it seems that the velcro quality has went down hill a little bit,this is usually the first thing to fail in my experiences. I would still recommend these cases above all others by far.
