Pretty solid
I’ve bought like 5 of these and they’re great. Just wish it came in black and was a little more durable. I’m not super easy on it but it usually only lasts me about six months.

Outstanding Collar/Leash and Company
I bought my first collar/leash only a year ago when I got a 2nd pup. I love the product because I take my pups running on trails and it's so easy to just grab the leash. I've recommended to friends and strangers that I have seen on trails, they ask where I purchased the product. Customer service is outstanding and they stand behind their product. I just recently had to have a collar replaced because the leash didn't retract properly. They replaced it because of their Worry Free Guarantee. Thank you.

Love it
Works great. Nice to have a retractable line attached to the dog. Easy to grab. Always available, and I don't have to carry anything I like using it for off leash adventures for any moment I may need a quick line on the dog. My dog will heal along side my bicycle. Mostly I run him off leash, but this collar/leash works great for me to hold any moment I need a line. Holding up well. I really like it.

Great concept - sticky and in not as easy as I'd hope. When it comes out or retracts it makes a buzzing noise and vibration that actually scares my dog so he gets spooked as I grab the leash - this is counterproductive. While some of this is him, I guess, it's still notable that it's an unexpected vibration. Also, since it's always sprung, it doesn't really work as a leash if you need to give a pull until it's fully out. It's short so that's good. And it's really workable on trail which it is designed for. But I would tweak 2.0 design by making it lockable and silent.

Use as directed
So sorry - first the collar seemed to solve the problem of quickly grabbing the dog to prevent her from bothering people when she was off leash. But the honeymoon ended after 3 days when I hooked the handle on a chair leg to keep her restrained while I did something else. She pulled a little and the leash broke. So, I’d say use it only as directed.

It's perfect!
Great device! I didn't even consider something like this existed but it works great. I usually have my kid in a stroller while walking our very well behaved giant dog, and shuffling the two in my hands can be difficult. But with this collar I have a quick easy way to show he's on leash to other walkers or in situations I need a handle on him. It's perfect.

Fantastic quality, will last for years w/daily use
I love this collar. I use it exclusively for my Great Pyrenees and we use it daily. It holds up and is made of great quality. The retractable part never fails. Sometimes it gets stuck when long dog hair curls around the leash, but it’s easy to remove it and part of the package with the dog I have. I absolutely LOVE this product.

Nite Ize Rad dog lease/collar
This is my second Nite Ize Raddog collar/lease. Perfect for well behaved dogs that enter places where your dog must be leashed. You don't have to carry anything extra and you grab the lease when it's necessary. Absolutely brilliant. My second purchase I bought a size bigger as the first became too tight after multiple washings.

Must have for off-leash dogs
I've used this product with my Heeler from the start. He is soon to be 8y/o. I really wouldn't know what to do if I couldn't get another one of these. It is the #1 item I grab for my boy when we leave the house. Prior to Nite Ize this was owned by another company, I only wish I could still get one in Blaze Orange.

This Collar Works!
My pup and I spend a lot of time in the woods. I mountain bike and she waits for me to catch up. Occasionally there are times when I must get her on a leash NOW! Porcupines, skunks, other dogs… like that. The RadDog Collar is a brilliant solution! No fumbling in the jersey pocket for the leash, no trying to hook the D-ring, just grab the loop in the collar’s sleeve and control happens! Great product!

Great trail dog gear
I love this collar/leash for trail running and hiking. It’s so much more convenient than leashing/leashing all the time. Just pull the lead out when you need it. And let it go when you done. The best!

Would recommend to every dog owner!
Second one I’ve purchased because we love it so much! We go to a lot of remote trails to exercise our dog off leach. This collar works perfectly to grab her when needed and let her roam free the rest of the time without it getting in the way. Bought the original 3+ years ago and it still works great but we wanted a second one to keep in the car.

We love this collar/leash!
This is the best collar for your dogs while hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing. Our dogs do well off leash, but the RadDog allows us to quickly grab our pooches when necessary. We take these collars on every adventure!
