A: The raised numbers on the bottom of the NIVEA Crème glass jar are related to the manufacturing of the glass jar, not the NIVEA Crème itself. The lot code for the NIVEA Crème is located on the outer edge of the lid, and is in dark print. The lot code will either be a series of 8 numbers or 8 numbers followed by 2 letters. In all cases, the first number of the code is the last digit of the year the product was produced, and the next two numbers are the week of the year. For example, Lot Code 02350957 indicates the product was produced in 2020 in the 23rd week of the year. The zero stands for production in 2020. The second and third numbers are the week of production, in this example week 23 (June). The NIVEA Crème is good for 30 months from the date of manufacture.

I’ve tried so many different types of lotions, and had to layer and constantly reapply. This is the first one where I didn’t have to! I use it by itself and reapply at most two times, and my skin feels moisturized all day. It’s a thick crème, that’s why it works!! I love the smell, please don’t change a thing!!

HOLY GRAIL for ezcema itchy, verg dry skin
Nothing compares. I actually bought this cream from another store, but I had to leave a review here because I always rely on (real non-sponsored) reviews when deciding what to buy from target. I’ve struggled with eczema, severely dry and itchy skin, and crusty elbows for years. I tried everything - EOS, Vaseline, Jergens, CeraVe, Cetaphil, Aveeno baby oatmeal jelly, Hempz, Gold Bond, Olay, Dr Teal’s, Aquaphor, hydrocortisone cream - the list goes on. I came across a creator that was *not sponsored on TikTok saying this cream made her skin so soft and smooth. I was desperate and decided to give it a try. OH. MY. GOSH., this is truly the holy grail. The moment I applied it, my elbows softened immediately. My eczema prone arms responded so well. There was no itching at all, just incredibly soft skin. It absorbs right in and leaves my skin feeling calm and hydrated. I felt like I had to share this in case someone else has been struggling like I have. It is a little pricey, but a little goes a long way. I’ve been using it for a week and my elbows and arms are completely soft now. I still have eczema, but this keeps my skin moisturized and soothed without causing any irritation. This is absolutely worth it. Ten out of ten.

I love the product, been using it for 30 years, but lately Nivea is skimping on the packaging. The plastic is so cheap that it leaves shavings inside the cream. Every time I open the jar I have to be careful so I don‘t scoop up those fine plastic shavings and accidentally rub them in my skin. I tried to include a photo but it will not let me paste it to this review.

Please make a new lid!
