    Just to echo everyone else that did get a free sample, this new formula is terrible. Been using strictly Nivea for well over 20 yrs and this is trash. Hopefully Nivea actually looks at some of these and will take action, go back to the blue formula

    Bring back the old formula

    I have used this product for years and loved it. Recently they changed from the old blue formula and the new version is terrible. It does not stay on your hands, it doesn’t lather well and it does not seem to clean as well either. I’ve had a few breakouts that I haven’t had since using this. Please go back to the old version

    The RUINED this!

    I have absolutely loved this face wash and used it every single day of my life for over 20 years. Now they just sent me the new product and it is absolutely HORRIBLE. It is a completely different color, a completely different texture and has an overpowering smell. I absolutely hate it. I will not be buying this anymore. They have lost a lifelong customer. They better change it back if they expect me to ever buy their face wash again.

    Great men’s product

    Old Formula PLEASE!

    I’ve used this face wash for years and now the formula has changed. It doesn’t lather very well. I wash my face in the shower and the new formula slides out of my wet hands and washes the shower floor more than my face. The old blue formula was great. Please bring the blue formula back please.

    Good Facial Cleansor to the Extreme!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely would recommend this product, my boyfriend absolutely loves it, and it gives him a fresh clean, soft, subtle feeling after rinsing in the shower and even after drying after getting out of shower ! Fragrance(which is mild) lasts up to 8-12 hours but the feeling lasts for 24-48 hours!!!

    Miss the old formula

    I've been using this product for many years and suddenly the formula changed, including a very overpowering cologne-like smell. Will definitely be trying out other brands instead going forward. Would be nice if they made it a more spa-like scent, maybe with refreshing menthol like some competitors, rather than outright perfume. The new consistency seems like a thick gel.

    Changed formula for the worse

    I’ve been using this face wash for at least 15 years and it’s been great. Recently they changed the formula and now it’s clear (which I don’t mind) but it’s also more watery, thinner, doesn’t foam up as much, is more greasy, smells like my 13 year old son’s body spray and, most importantly, I’ve been breaking out more since using the new formula. Im assuming they had to cheap out on ingredients because of tariffs and the economy or whatever but I’d be willing to pay extra for the original formulation. Very disappointing that I’ll probably have to find a new go to face wash after 15 years.

    Please, Please go back to old formula..

    I have been using the Nivea Maximum Hydrating formula for 25 years. I have even turned other male friends onto this product. The new formula stinks (literally unpleasant perfume-like odor. It also is thinner than the old blue version. I thought I bought the wrong product on Amazon....nope...Nivea changed the formula under the guise of more natural ingredients, hmmm. Please remove the odor, please get the product more thick like previous formula. I will be searching for a new face wash. JohnnyRickO.
