Delicious no matter how you cook them
You can never go wrong with no name stakes. You could cook these well done and they'd still taste great... In fact I accidentally did. The only thing I wish is that they would be a little bigger. And two more in the package.

These are great steaks. Nice and tender. Unfortunately they stopped carrying them at jewel store or near us. Can't even order them.
